Begin the wrap with the foot turned slightly inward
Groin WrapThe wrap begins around the upper thigh
Pull the wrap towards the center line (groin)
Go around 1 to 2 times
Remember to pull the wrap to about 1 and ½ times the original length

Pull the wrap up around the waist once
Groin Wrap
Circle the leg again once
Notice the X formed at the top of the wrap

Go around the waist again, overlapping somewhat – don’t put the wrap directly over the other pass around
Notice the X just below the first one
Groin Wrap Complete the procedure by wrapping any excess around the upper thigh
Tape it to hold it in place
Check for tightness ∙ too cold ∙ numbness, tingling ∙ blue or white color
Avoid wrinkles
