Greater Circle Living

Do you want to own a home, but are short on money? Greater Circle Living can help by providing up to $30,000 towards your new home. We can help you with your down payment and closing costs if you choose to live in the Greater University Circle Neigh-borhoods of Buckeye-Shaker, Fairfax, Hough, Glenville, East Cleveland, Little Italy or University Circle.

If you work in Greater University Circle, why not live here? People who work at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland Museum of Art, Judson Retirement Community, University Hospitals and over 100 nonprofit institutions in the area may be eligible to take part in the program.

But wait, if you already own a home in the area, there’s also money to help

with making repairs to the outside of your house. And, if you are looking to rent an apartment, we may be able to help you with one rental payment.

You can reduce the time it takes to travel to work and the money you spend on gas and parking by choosing to live close to work. You will also be near museums, schools, hospitals, and many restaurants and places to shop.
