Bicycle

A bicycle is usually a small two wheeled land vehicle. After riding, people take the pedal as the driving force, which is a green and environmentally friendly means of transportation. It can be used as a means of transportation for environmental protection; more and more people use bicycles as fitness euipment for cycling and traveling; Bicycle itself is also a competitive sport.

Structure of bicycle1、 Body system

The body system is a part for installing and carrying all bicycle related parts to make each machine function as a whole,

mainly including the head pipe, the upper and lower five-way seat rod clamping pad and the rear fork brake fixing.

2、 Steering system

The steering system is an operating system that controls the direction of vehicle travel, mainly including handlebar sleeve,

handlebar vertical rod bowl group and front fork.

3、 Driveline

The transmission system is a system that transmits the kinetic energy generated by both feet to the wheels to make them

reach the components by themselves. It mainly includes foot pedal, crank gear disc, spindle chain flywheel.

4、 Transmission system

The transmission system is a system that generates power through the matching of different gear ratios to give full play to the

best combination of components under road conditions, mainly including transmission handle, internal and external front and

rear transmission.

5、 Shock absorber system

The shock absorber system is a system that absorbs the impact and vibration of the road on the bicycle, makes the rider feel

comfortable and increases the handling performance during driving. It mainly includes the shock absorber front fork, the front

vertical bar, the seat cushion and the rear frame.

6、 Brake system

The braking system is a system that controls the driving speed of the bicycle or the combination of moving and stopping parts,

mainly including the brake handle and the inner and outer wire clamps.

7、 Wheel set system

The wheel set system is a system used to support the weight of the whole vehicle, transmit self driving torque and instant

system, mainly including flower drum, steel wire web strip, copper head ring inner tube and outer tube.

What is a Balance Bike?

A balance bike is a type of bicycle without pedals. It also doesn’t have

the chain, gears, and many other things a regular bicycle has.One of the

main balance bike benefits, and essentially its sole purpose, is to teach a

kid to maintain balance when they are seated in motion. In general, this is

the hardest thing about learning to ride a bicycle.Before the invention of

the balance bike, kids used training wheels to learn how to ride a bike.

However, these wheels prevent children from getting used to actually

balancing.They end up relying on the sturdiness of riding a bike with 4

wheels which makes it much more difficult to ride a bike when the training

wheels get taken off. Also, when a kid rides with training wheels, she or

he gets used to riding on tilt which is off balance.

The existing products are analyzed in an all-round way, and their material,

shape and design advantages are extracted for analysis, integration,

utilization and supplement, so as to lay a foundation for the design

innovation of this product.

Unrestricted seat adjustment system, bilateral steering, front and rear

double gears, fast adjustment and positioning

Multi stage is suitable for different ages. According to different ages of the

baby, the corresponding configuration can be disassembled by yourself
