Abstract
It is important to produce a similar project, because it serves the educational
process as it provides the students a good way to continue to publish their
creations, and help new students in the specialty to understand the way in
which the preparation of the graduation project. Also I hope the project to
succeed and prevail interest and will be applied in the near future, and
because it is a teaching method used at the university.

Project Overview :
With the expansion of technology we now have new forms of electronic
media, electronic media, culture, beliefs that fueled the emergence of a
culture of blogs, e increase of the relationship between individuals and
media sources, have revealed blogging about the new recipient is the
awareness and the ability to choose the news and information, and
provided an opportunity for all members of the community dissemination
of their creations. Given the evolution of personal blogging in most
countries of the world was the Sultanate of Oman has a large share of
them, as the number of personal blogs. The best example of the use of
blogs in the Sultan Qaboos University is department of Instructional and
Learning Technology.
Project Services :
This project provides a number of services to the student user, and these
services are divided into two types:
1. Academic services:
The exchange of experiences.
Discussion of issues that serve enterprises.
Identified a number of models for graduation projects.
Introduce students to the importance of research.
Identify methods of data collection, information and analysis.
Discussion with students, some of the important elements in
the project.
What is the importance of projects for the Department?
How to help projects in the development of the educational
process.
What are the benefits of projects in the community?

Increase student awareness of the importance of the project
product in the end of the study.
2. Communication Service:
Communication between students in the various payments.
The exchange of criticism among students.
To learn from others learn from mistakes.
Development in the pros.
Drawing a clear picture of all aware between the supervisor
and student.
Problem Statement:
Students of Information Technology produce a large number of
researches, software application and designs in a number of courses. But
the students are experiencing difficulties in publishing their work and
their innovations, so this difficulty is how to find the good method to
publish innovative and exchange of experiences between students.
Through this project will be to clarify the possibility of using the blog for
the publishing of innovations and what the blog's features are provided
for the dissemination and exchange of information among students.
Cause of the Problem :
That the students of department of technology in university does not have
the means to publish their creations and do not have the ability to share
experiences with each other and also that the section does not provide the
means or way to help students to publish their creations, if it will
contribute to this blog in the continuing students with each other and
benefit from the project preparation.

Expected Solutions:
The solution is expected of the problem faced by the students department
is the participation of all students in the Code and communicate with each
other is also disseminated the Code to be a database of the department
and its dissemination of innovations students.
Objectives:
1. Teaching students how to publish their innovations.
2. Exchange of experiences among the students.
3. Dissemination of products students.
4. Enrich the educational process.
5. Establish a database on projects, students.
The project’s approach:

Write the instructional design document.
How the materials and resources should be grouped, how
they should be presented.
Selecting the course delivery format, that has to fit the
content and the learners' need.

Multi-roles: (writer, graphic designer, e learning
developer) and the actual contents of the website has
been developed.
A prototype was a storyboard.
The course materials are developed.
4. Implementing:
Training them on new tools (software or hardware) and
registration process in the forum of the website.
The equipment, tools, and software are in place, and that
the learning.
The website is delivered/ launched in this phase.

Learner’s Analysis:
This project is aimed at students from the Department of Education
Technology at the university. Those who seek to publish their work and
innovations of interest and exchange experience with others.
1- Learners needs:
Need to find other ways to disseminate their creations.
New students at department want to take advantage from
froths or fifths years' student’s experiences.
Exchange the knowledge between students.
Discussion of topics that have been raised in the projects.
2- The learners' characteristics:
They have ability to learn technology quickly.

They have good background about all Microsoft programs
family.
They have good background about (E-mail, Model, hotmail,
Gmail, Yahoo).
They can deal with English and Arabic language.
They can do in work team and individual.
They are interest in online learning.
They like e-book, presentations and e-learning programmes.
They have experience to deal with blogs.
Design Phase:
This project aims to teach students how to be the diffusion of innovations
and offers them the opportunity to network and exchange experiences
with each other, and the target audience is students of the Department of
Instructional and Learning Technology in all payments. Also how they
use of the blog in the presentation of projects for students and that to
know the aspects of strengths and weaknesses of each project.
I choose the blog that offers many features and facilities that would
enable me to view projects and allow the other to participate and develop
responses and discussion that enrich the way the preparation of projects.
After that, I used the blog that offers many features and facilities that
would enable me to view projects and allow the other to participate and
develop responses and discussion that enrich the way the project
preparation. I created account on the blog and the slides that enable Slaid
Share to clarify the picture of how the preparation of projects.
As you select a number of features that help the user to develop responses
and communication and see some of the reports and photos that explain
the projects. The user can also navigate through the code easily.
Development Phase:

At this stage and after the account creation process I have to
communicate with students who have already whisker of taking the
graduation projects, where you collect them and those projects reviewed.
Then I analyze the projects and see their objective, and then I raised
project slides so that I can download it on the blog and be able to view the
students. Also how the students can learn and analyzing the contents and
they know the strengths and weaknesses.
Implementation Phase:
At this stage, continued with the students of all defenses and asked them
to communicate and enter the blog for the development of responses and
discussion that enrich the process of projects and facilitate the exchange
of experiences among the students. One of the main points of this stage
that the students you will continue through the Code and discussed a
number of strengths and weaknesses of the projects.
There were also a number of comments that enrich the new students in
the department, and provide them with a set of points of interest and good
tips on how to develop a graduation project.
Evaluation phase:
At the end of the project there are a large number of students who support
the idea of creating a database of student projects. The results of
questionnaire proved that students support the idea of the project and
wish to participate in raising the number of projects and not just graduate
projects.
It is through the responses and posts deduce that the students satisfied
with the project and publicly want to apply in the department and the
reason for this:
The desire of students to communicate and exchange experiences.
Exchange of ideas and tips on project preparation.
Cooperation in resolving a number of issues rose in the projects.

Addressing the dimensions of projects and application future.
Adoption of a set of important projects and useful specialty.
Cooperation for the production of the focal point or agreement to
resolve how to solve problems.
Front –End Analysis:
At the end of this project, the students will take advantage idea abut
electronic blog because they will try it and publish some of them
innovation. Also they communicate with others and exchange experience.
In the other hand, some student will create new an account in the
blogger.So they have freedom in a lot things like (Design, Media,
Desiccation People, Slid Share)
Finally, the students will be having experience to publishing their work
and their innovations.

Analysis of Second Questionnaire (Evaluation of blog):
Elements Analysis
1-Objectives The aim of this questionnaire to determine the impact and
effectiveness that it has recorded in the student interaction and
exchange of experiences among themselves, where it consists
of ten questions on the utilization of the Code and how
students can participate in the responses and comment on
projects submitted before the newly.
2- Target group This Questionnaire is aimed at students from the Department of
Education Technology at the university. Those who seek to publish
their work and innovations of interest and exchange experience with
others. The number(51)
3- Hypotheses The Expects which was predicted that the role of very good
contact between students and exchange experiences among
themselves, and, it is clear in the responses that were on the
Code where a contributor of students well and enrich the
process of evolution taking place in the area of student
projects in the department.
4- Results The assessment was well received by students, where
everyone praised the role of the Code in the exchange of
experiences between the students and take advantage of the
unanswered graduate students, where the results were above
the expected by new students in the department and who need
more attention and follow-up by everyone, only graduate
students or administration.

Conclusion
In the end I thank everyone who contributed to project preparation and all
the students helped me to overcome the difficulties and obstacles that
stood in my way, I hope to find the project approval from the faculty and
approved in the future, and wish to serve the learning process and
contribute to the development of application capabilities for students and
