She had been unemployed for months, had her bags packed, house listed to sell, and was moving in with relatives within days. Then a phone call changed her plans. “It was hard to have to depend on other people. But that is how relationships are encouraged and investment occurs. Bringing Year-Round EmploymentOpportunities to Northern
Michigan
Last October, Digital Works opened its doors inCheboygan, Michigan, as a pilot project supportedby various partner organizations. Since it’sopening, 48 people have participated in thetraining curriculum.
