4 STARTING AND CLOSING DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORMS: The offline forms can be obtained from the Directorate of MAHUD and may be downloaded from

the Manipur Government website: www.manipur.gov.in from 29-01-2019 and should be submitted in otfline mode to the Directorate of MAHUD, 2nd Floor, PDA Complex near 2nd MR Gate, Imphal East till 4:00 PM of 10-02-2019. Submissios made afterward shall not be entertained.

5 FEES: Application fee: Rs 600/- (six hundred) for General & OBC Categories; and Rs 400/-( Four hundred) for SC &ST categories. Only cash will be accepted on counterat the time of taking application form.

6 ADMISSION CARD: Admission card will be issued from 10-02-2019

7 Date of Examination and Viva Voice will be provided later on.

8 The no. of vacancies may increase/decrease subjected to Government Decision.

9 SCHEME OF EXAMINATION AND TEST will be provided along with the application form.

10 The Selection process shall be conducted separately for each ULB for ULB specific post.Separate merit list will be prepared for each post separately for each ULB specific post.

11 The decision of the Directorate of MAHUD shall be final as to the eligibility or otherwise of a candidate for admission to the examination and test conducted by the MAHUD Department.

12 The above posts are regular. Full particulars along with duly attested 2(Two) copies of latest passport size photograph and attested copies of certificates/testimonials as well as employment exchange registration number should be submitted along with the prescribed application form after confirmation of eligible list of candidates furnished by Employment exchange.
