About Zeolite

Zeolites are described as hydrated aluminum silicates. According to the lexical meaning of the term “Zeolite” means

"boiling stone” . It was discovered by

Freiherr Axel Fredrick Cronstedt, a famous

Swedish mineralogist, in 1756.

Millions of years ago, the zeolites have been formed due to the chemical reaction of ash and lavas as a result of volcano

explosion with the lakes and sea water.

The cage-shaped structure of zeolites makes a wide internal and outer surface area for ion

exchange and chemical reactions. The pores cover the volume by 50%. These pores function

as the molecular sieve. Zeolites are naturally loaded negative and capable of high ion

exchange. Due to the porous structure and high ion exchange capacity, the zeolites are

capable to keep and absorb many kinds of gas and odor, water and moisture, petrochemical substances, low level radioactive elements, ammonium, toxins, heavy metals and many

CLINOPTILOLITE

Millions tons of zeolites are used globally every year. The most widespread zeolite group is

Nat-Min 9000 is a product that is safely used by factories that produce feed for dairy and beef cattle, broiler and laying hens, sheep and turkey raising. Using high CEC feature, it retains water, oil and many molten minerals (Na, CA, Ammonium) in its channels, releases them effectively during digestion and provides an

effective, well balanced and healthy diet.

Nat-Min 9000 is mixed with the feed (2%, approximately 1-2 tablespoons to 1 liter of feed) of the pets,

poultries, bovine and ovine animals. Product may also be added to the drinking water of aminals, at the same

rate. It supports digestion, removes hazardous substances(such as ammonia, ammonium, heavy metals,

mycotoxins) quickly from their metabolisms and enhances growth of animals. You can safely use Nat-Min

9000 which is produced from totally natural minerals.

Nat-Min 9000 provides improvement of the appetite of the animals, regulation of digestion system and

strengthening of the immune system.

Using AGRO-CLINO in Plant Nutrition

Clinoptilolite releases its natural nutritional elements into soil by ion exchange. Thus, nutritional elements enrich the soil. It also maintains cation exchange and

water retention feature for a long time since it is not dissolved in water.

AGRO-CLINO as Soil Conditioner AGRO-CLINO is an excellent soil conditioner with its high cation exchange capacity, water retention and adsorption

features. In a research conducted in China, yield of the products like potato, corn and wheat has increased between 5,8 - 14,14% by its addition to soil in certain quantities. It was stated that clinoptilolite improved water regime of the soil and

prevented washing of the nutritional elements in soil.

Effects of AGRO-CLINO on Benefiting from Fertilizer • AGRO-CLINO can function in plant nutrition as ionic fertilizer additive by translocation with ammonium and

potassium. Besides, the most important macro-nutritional elements, potassium and nitrogen and the most important

micro elements, iron, copper, manganese and zinc can be provided by means of AGRO-CLINO.

• AGRO-CLINO prevents nitrogen fertilizer from being washed with high selectivity of clinoptilolite against ammonia and

high ammonium exchange capacity. • As the particle size of clinoptilolite decreases, its surface area and water retention capacity increases. Moisture rate

detained in the soil increased as well, based on the implemented clinoptilolite dosage.

USAGE

Turf can be mixed with chemical fertilizer and farm fertilizer and used in cultivation of all plants under field

and greenhouse conditions. In fruit trees such as apple, cherry, peach, nut, apricot, quince, plum and banana, it is mixed with soil to

branch knot at root level.

ANIMAL LITTER PRODUCTS

ZETA is a 100% natural product that can be used directly or mixed with other base plate materials with its high water retention capacity, and ability to adsorb ammonia

gas due to its ion exchange feature. Both of the positive features of the product can

be clearly seen in animal base plate applications.

Unpleasant odor caused by ammonia is one of the most serious health problems

encountered in stables of cattle, poultry coops and living environment of pets.

UREA + WATER = = > AMMONIA GAS + CARBON DIOXIDE GAS ZETA’s function can be summarized as removing the moisture on the base plate and

ammonia gas that occurs. Therefore, a base plate material with higher water

retention capacity is required.

USAGE ZETA is used by mixing with wood shavings or other adsorbent materials such as bentonite.

ZETA also keeps the living environment of animals sterile. It is already known that gelling feature of sepiolite and bentonite is fine. However, ZETA has to be coupled with these products when natural and permanent solution is sought for odor control.

Regeneration: FILTER CLINO is rechargeable and can be used again and again. It can be recharged generally

through a sodium chloride salted water process. 20 g NaCl solution is prepared with 1 liter of water. FILTER CLINO is

well washed before using in filtration system. After recharging, salted water solution will contain ammonium. FILTER

CLINO is replaced by time due to saturation and saturated FILTER CLINO can be used as soil amendment as well.

Using FILTER CLINO in Urban Drinking Water Filtration: FILTER CLINO’s function has three aspects;

of the seas with industrial and domestic waste and demolition of fish beds due to excessive hunting. This event, led

people to different areas to meet the needs of fish. Fish farms and salmon production plants were established in the

seas and fresh waters. In such systems, where closed or circulatory water tanks are used, ammonium occurs as a result of separation of

excrement and feed remnant, which has a toxic effect for fish.

FILTER-CLINO is used in cleaning these waters much more effectively and safely compared to standard biological

systems thanks to its selectivity against Ammonium and Ammonium exchange capacity. FILTER CLINO in Industrial Waste Water Filtration: Heavy metal ions contained by waste water have been

restricted according o EU environmental laws. FILTER CLINO adsorbs easily many monovalent and divalent heavy

metals and also used as an adsorbent or cation exchanger in industrial applications.

Usage FILTER CLINO can bu used directly in filter media. For drinking water treatments; it is mixed with quartz sand in equal

proportions. It can be also mixed with active carbon, resin or other filter materials. It can be regenerated by NaCl

solution easily.
