many different people and of GodHimself. $t. %aul tells us that AllScripture is inspired by God and is

useful for teaching the truth, rebukingerror, correcting faults, and giving

instruction in righteous living (2

Timothy !"#$. This does not mean thatGod dictated His works to the writers of$cripture, but that He inspired, causedand guided them to write the Truth. &s alibrary of distinct writings, composed atvarying times, by different persons indiverse situations, the #ible is 'ivine

Grace cooperating with human freedomin a perfect way. Therefore, the #ibleswords can be trusted and its message hasa special and timeless power to speak topeople of any age and outlook. Parish Council

At Octobers council meeting variousissues were discussed. Our oil tank has

been replaced. We thank Gest Fuel andBarkas Landscaping for their great work Wehave been blessed in collecting !"#$### indonations from %& families. Appro'imatel(another !)&$### is needed *he cost of ouroil tank would be paid in full if all the familiesof our communit( stepped up to donate. An+Abuse ,eporting -olic( will be added to ourinsurance polic( to keep our ratescompetitive and to compl( with recent /*0tatutes. *he -arish /ouncil would like tothank 1r. Arthur 2eliotis for generousl(

donating a defibrillator to our communit(./ertification classes on its use will beginshortl( and taught b( our ver( own 3leni1iakogeorgiou. Assembl( to take place. All active stewardmembers of our communit( are encouragedto attend. /hild care$ food and beverages willbe provided to families with (oung children toencourage ever(ones participation.--------------------------------------------------------------

to host the #iennial 'irect &rchdiocesan'istrict %hiloptochos "onference. )eespecially thank "athy oumboulis, andher hard working and supportivevolunteers that made this eventsuccessful- $ia #akis and #arbara%appas for the beautiful decorations-ouis /atsos 0 Harry $eitaridis for

donating the nice donuts, bagels andmuffins- 1eleti Giannopoulos and Tony#outsikoudis for making a deliciouslunch- and itsa Thagouras for theyummy homemade galactobouriko."ongratulations to our president,2ebecca #outsikoudis, for being electedto the 'istrict #oard again+ur &nnualTag $ale made over 34,555 and wassuccessful. )e thank Tina $carpelli andthe volunteers for all their hard work.This money will help fulfill our

obligations and the philanthropic needsof our community. ur youth also soldfriendship bracelets and donated theproceeds to charity. ur pilgrimage to&ghia $kepi 1onastery on $aturday,*ovember 6ndwas spiritually rewardingand a great success+ ver 78 peopleattended. The 'ivine $ervices werebeautiful, our monastic hosts weregracious and the food, yes the food, wasdelicious. )e made a 3955 donation tothe monastery and raised over 3:55. )e
