HOUGHTON COLLEGE PRESENTS

2016

We are delighted to welcome you to our 2016 Houghton College Christmas Prism. We gather tonight to celebrate and to meditate upon the coming of Jesus Christ into our world - the One who heals us, who redeems us, and who calls us to live lives of reconciliation and restoration. It is only through His love and power that we are able to step forward in faith, fulfilling His call on our lives to do justice, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with our God.

Featuring over 200 performers, our program will include both vocal and instrumental music as well as visual art, spoken word and scripture. In an evening full of mystery and wonder, we will come together as God’s family - as Christ’s body, the Church. Through traditional Christmas carols, classically inspired pieces and modern worship songs, we will declare together, “Glory to God in the highest!”
