Tournament  Rules  and  Regulations    All  games  will  be  played  in  accordance  with  the  laws  of  FIFA  unless  superseded  by  any  of  the  following  rules:    SCORING:  The  team  with  the  highest  points  at  the  end  of  their  games  will  be  determined  as  flight  winners.  3  points  for  a  win  1  point  for  a  tie    In  the  event  of  a  tie  the  following  system  determines  the  winner:  1.  Goal  differential  2.  Most  Wins  3.  Head  to  Head  4.  Fewest  goals  conceded  5.  Shoot  out  -­‐  Penalty  kicks  in  accordance  with  FIFA  rules    GAMES  All  teams  play  25-­‐minute  halves  with  a  5-­‐minute  break  at  half  time.  If  a  game  starts  late  the  referee  will  shorten  the  game  to  remain  on  schedule.  If  a  team  is  not  ready  to  play  15  minutes  after  the  scheduled  start  time,  it  will  forfeit  the  game.  In  the  event  of  a  forfeit  the  game  will  be  considered  a  3-­‐0  win  for  the  opposition  and  3-­‐0  loss  for  the  team  forfeiting.  Any  team  forfeiting  a  game  cannot  be  a  flight  winner.    RED/YELLOW  CARDS:  Any  player  or  coach  receiving  a  red  card  will  be  immediately  banned  from  the  remainder  of  the  tournament.    Any  players  receiving  2  yellow  cards  during  the  tournament  will  be  banned  for  the  remainder  of  the  tournament.    GAME  RESULTS:  Both  captains  must  initial  the  game  card  at  the  end  of  each  game.  Any  scores  that  are  marked  incorrectly  on  the  game  card  might  affect  the  standings.    SUSPENDED  OR  ABANDONED  GAME:  Only  the  referee  or  Tournament  Directors  may  abandon  a  game.  If  a  game  is  abandoned  on  account  of  misconduct  by  players  or  spectators    of  one  team,  a  3-­‐0  victory  will  be  awarded  to  the  opposition  and  a  3-­‐0  loss  will  be  awarded  to  the  suspended  team.    FORFEIT:  In  the  event  of  a  forfeit,  no  replacement  game  will  be  played.

Tournament  Rules  and  Regulations    ROSTERS:  No  player  may  be  rostered  to  more  than  one  team.  Any  team  using  a  player  found  to  be  violating  this  rule  will  have  their  game  counted  against  them  as  a  forfeit.  *Beginner  teams  can  have  no  more  than  5  players  on  their  roster  under  25  years  old.    SUBSTITUTIONS  Free  substitution  will  be  in  effect  made  with  permission  from  the  referee  at  the  following  times:  1.  Prior  to  a  throw  in  your  favor  2.  Prior  to  a  goal  kick  by  either  team  3.  After  a  goal  by  either  team  4.  At  half  time  5.  At  the  referee’s  discretion  No  substitution  can  be  made  for  any  player  receiving  a  red  card  (ejection.)    UNIFORMS  All  teams  are  required  to  wear  matching  jerseys.  Matching  shorts  and  socks  are  requested.  If  possible,  all  teams  should  provide  an  alternate  jersey  otherwise  pinnies  will  be  worn  by  the  home  team  if  there  is  a  conflict.    INCLEMENT  WEATHER  In  the  event  of  inclement  weather  the  Tournament  Directors  reserve  the  right  to:  1.  Relocate  games  2.  Cancel  Games  3.  Shorten  Games  4.  Recommence  or  restart  a  game  that  has  had  less  than  one  half-­‐played  5.  Reschedule  games    GENERAL  To  participate  in  this  tournament  all  players  must  be  over  18  and  present  a  signed,  notarized  waiver.  Goals  for  Life,  Inc.  will  not  be  held  responsible  or  liable  for  expense,  accident  or  cancellation  in  part  or  whole  for  any  reason.    PROTESTS  There  are  no  protests.  All  decisions  made  by  the  Tournament  Directors  are  final.
