Triple thread tapared self tapping implant with the

same implant body for all connections. The implant

system Shape1® in order to ensure the use of a

smaller number of prosthetic components, while

not giving to all solutions, provides a single platform

on the different diameters of the implant (Platform

Switching). The conical connection transposes the

interface implant - abutment in the middle of the

implant, where the loading forces are higher. On

implant’s shoulder there is more space available for

hard and soft tissues anchorage that contributes

to create a seal natural antibacterial, as well as to

provide an optimal support for a better aesthetic

result.

The prosthetic porfolio foreseen all the solutions:

analog, healing screws, impression transfer direct

and indirect, straight and angled abutments

[(20 ° and 25 °) (standard and anatomical)],

gold abutment, rotating castable and not, ball

abutments, mua (straight, 18° and 30° angled),

locator, and all the components for the screwed

prosthesis. The connection between implant and

post is present on the entire implant line with the

configuration to be finished as shown in figure 1 or

classic as in figure 2, depending on the diameter

of the flaring required, respectively 3.5 mm or 5

mm. An emergence profile is also available, figure

3, which ensures a more rounded connection

without sharp corners, creating a greater

space for mucosa anchoring. This profile which

guarantees better conditioning of the soft tissues

is contemplated on the whole prosthetic range,

from healing screws right up to the final posts.

The purpose of surgical trays is to keep the instruments used for inserting dental implants. The trays

thus assembled can be carried, sterilised and kept in a horizontal position with the lid closed. All the

instruments must be cleaned and sterilised for the first use. The kit and the instruments that it contains

are not sterile at the time of delivery.

reducing substantially the surgery time and making surgery atraumatic.

SmartGuide® is a complete system: diagnostic, surgical and prosthetic design software, surgical mask,

surgical kit including all the drills for all lengths and diameters, for which is foreseen

an unique entry cylinder. After tac loading, the surgical and prosthetic design

phase, patient’s file and the impression copying will be sent to our milling center,

which, within one week, will provide a surgical mask and the model with

analogs already inserted, on which you can create the prosthesis

that could be ready for restoration just after surgery in case of

an immediate loading procedure.
