Annual and five-yearly inspections are mandatory in some flagstates. They minimise the risk of costly breakdowns and help you stay aware of the exact condition of your equipment. We particularly would recommend a pre-docking inspection as this will prepare you for exactly what work needs to be done during the docking. It will also provide a clear cost overview before the repairs

need to be carried out. The pre-docking inspections also allow for better planning, so all needed parts can be sourced in good time and the repairs can be undertaken in an efficient manner.

Boiler ServiceThe TTS boiler department carries out full maintenance and repairs, worldwide, on smoke and water tube boilers, economisers and other pressure vessels.

Repair procedures, including welding sequences, are based on many years of experience and are carried out in accordance with the given classification society’s rules.

SteelTTS designs, manufactures and installs steel and stainless steel structures according to customer specifications.
