Sleep Well, Work Well
Effective sleep programmes that support staff to perform to their full potential.
Sleep Well, Work Well
Our Sleep Well, Work Well
programme has been developed
alongside acclaimed Sleep
expert, James Wilson (The
SleepGeek™), utilising positive
sleep behavioural and
environmental change
techniques to help your staff get
a better nights’ sleep and
enable them to perform to their
full potential every day.
Our evidence based programme
offers a unique concept in sleep
education that can be tailored
to address specific needs, with
a range of options to choose
from, delivered either face to
face or virtually. We’ll equip
your people with the knowledge
and tools to inform, support
and empower them to change
their sleep habits and help
recognise any potential sleep
conditions, which could be
impacting on both their own
health and the health of your
organisation.
Is your company losing productivity due to poor sleep
health? How many of your staff are suffering from
sleep deprivation or an undiagnosed sleep condition?
The importance of sleep has
been extensively studied and
well documented. Sleep forms
the very basis of a healthy
lifestyle, underpinning
everything we do. It affects
not only our physical health
but our mental wellbeing also.
When it comes to the
workplace, sleep and
performance are directly
related. The success of any
business is largely dependent
on the output of your staff.
Keeping employees sleeping
and feeling their best, creates
a better working environment
that’s happier and more
productive as a result.
Sleep Well, Work Well can be
delivered as a standalone
proposition or as an integral
part of your company’s health
and wellbeing strategy.
Our programmes deliver
engaging, practical, user
friendly content, all backed
up with results based analysis
and an action plan for further
development and support.
Investing in good sleep
education can harness positive
outcomes for both you and
your staff.

The sessions provided by James were informative and interesting and
gave the guys an insight into the problems associated with sleep
apnoea as well as providing good tips on improving overall sleep quality.
This was very useful and also really important given the type of work our staff
do which includes spending a lot of time out on the road driving and often
taking stops to rest up in their vehicles when on long haul journeys.”
