2011 sees us celebrating 20 years as Giles Tours. We would like to thank our many regular clients for their loyalty over the years, and also extend a very warm welcome to anyone thinking of travelling with us for the first time.

Inside our Brochure you’ll find a variety of holidays to suit a range of tastes. Alongside the ever-popular old favourites, we’ve planned some new and exciting destinations, plus a few “local gems”. Due to the increase in demand & popularity we’ve also increased our schedule of day tours. So whatever your preference, whatever your budget, we think we’ve got something for you. We know everyone is feeling the pinch these days, so we have strived to keep our prices to a minimum and in many cases have managed to hold last year’s prices.We are dedicated to providing a friendly, courteous and professional service from the moment you make your first enquiry. We pride ourselves on o!ering the personal touch, as only a family business can. If you have any special requirements it is essential that you discuss them with us. We believe your holiday starts the moment you board the coach. Once your luggage is packed in at your pick up point, sit back and relax in the knowledge that you won’t see it again until you arrive at your hotel. Our coaches take you all the way to your destination, driving on & o! the ferry with you on board – no luggage to carry – hassle free, and your seats are reserved for the duration of your holiday.Journeys are carefully planned with your individual needs in mind so ample comfort stops are made en-route. Our friendly and courteous drivers are totally committed to ensuring that you enjoy your holiday and are always on hand to resolve any queries or di"culties you may have. You can look forward to comfortable accommodation, hearty breakfasts and menus which hopefully satisfy even the healthiest of holiday appetites. All our tours include a selection of day trips to places of interest and in some cases we have included the attraction entrance fees. If you would like more information on any of the tours, just phone or email us and we will be happy to forward on the details. We look forward to the year ahead, to seeing all those familiar faces that we’ve come to know over the years, and to meeting up with some new ones. Giles Tours comply with package tour regulations for the protection of customer repayments. All such monies will be deposited in a secure “Trustee Account” controlled by

independent trustees who are professional people accepting the obligation for controlling this account in the interests of our customers.

SEAT ALLOCATION

Seats may be reserved and will be held for 5 working days only, pending receipt of deposit. If a deposit is not received within 5 working days the seats will be released.

DEPOSITS / PAYMENTS

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.A deposit of £35.00 per person is required to secure your booking. Payments may be made in cash or by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Giles Tours. We do not accept card payments to date.Full payment must be received 30 days prior to the departure date otherwise the booking will be treated as cancelled and the seats released.

SINGLE ROOMS

Single Rooms are limited and may involve supplements which are set by the hotels. Additional single rooms can only be purchased at the terms set by the hotel.

PICK UP POINTS

Please choose the most convenient pick up point from those listed on the itinerary. These may di!er depending on the tour destination. We are unable to veer away from the indicated pick-up points due to the tight time schedule.

LUGGAGE

The amount of luggage is limited to one medium sized suitcase per person.Weight restrictions will be applied – you must be able to lift it yourself.

Giles Insurance Brokers have agreed to allow a refund of insurance premium, minus a small administration fee, for any tour that is cancelled due to LACK OF NUMBERS. Written confirmation of this will be required from the tour providerFor full details please contact Giles Insurance Brokers direct.
