Key principles from the EURATOM Research Framework Programmes

Different meanings of "principle": source and origin, natural disposition, fundamental law, a general rule adopted as a guide to action (Oxford English Dictionary).

While practices of public participation cannot be easily replicated from one context to another, principles can provide some indications of areas for improvement and a common ground that policy makers and practitioners can share (OECD 2015).
