Cobra's assault on G.I. Joe's HQ proved unsuccessful, but although the assault failed, Destro

and Zartan's plan to free the Baroness from the Joes worked. Destro and Baroness flew back to

Broca Beach, Cobra's temporary headquarters, and boarded a submarine against Cobra Commander's

wishes. When Shipwreck and his crew of maritime G.I. Joes got involved, a full-out battle

broke out as Cobra Morays assaulted both Destro and the Joes. When the smoke cleared, the Joes

lived to fight another day and Destro set a course for his homeland of Scotland…
