● Textbook with MyLabsPlus code:Basic College Mathematics with Early Integers, 3rd Edition, by Bittinger & Penna

● LOTS of scratch paper!● Pencils● Basic 4-function calculator (Scientific

calculator NOT needed until Math 60)

Week 1 has two parts: Week 1A - Class Overview - Start Here First! Week 1B - Getting Started on Math

Week 1A Overview ● Important information you need to succeed● Includes important initial activities

Week 1B - Getting Started with Math Each Week covers multiple Sections, e.g. 1.1 and 1.2
