GeoPal is so flexible in deployment it can be used to manage just about any workflow for

There are two parts to GeoPal, a mobile app and a web management system.
The online management system streamlines scheduling and operations, providing visibility
of carer locations and real-time reports for improved decision making, and gives an online
portal for next of kin to view client visit reports.
• Used to create mobile forms and workflows for patient care plans, schedule and dispatch jobs.
• Track the location of carers, assets, and client addresses on an interactive map.
• Customize, schedule and analyse reports and records from client visits in real-time.
GeoPal creates significant efficiencies in dispatching appointment details to carers,
by eliminating paperwork.
• Use the GeoPal web management system to schedule each carer’s appointments, or
integrate with your existing rostering system to dispatch the appointments to the GeoPal
app on the carer’s mobile phone.
• Each appointment shows the client address with turn-by-turn driving directions, the time
and date of the appointment, and the care tasks to be completed during the visit.

GeoPal provides real-time proof of attendance for carers at clients’ homes.
• On arrival, carers use the GeoPal mobile app to scan a unique RFID/NFC tag
(electronic bar code) inside the client’s home and scan it again on departure.
• The scans record the time, date and the tag location details,
which are unique to the client’s home, and records this accurately
and securely in the GeoPal app.
• GeoPal provides irrefutable evidence of attendance and the length
of time the carer spent with the client.

• Create individual care plans for each client and send the details to the GeoPal app.
• The carer records completion of each task and any comments on the app, and takes any
photos for evidence. All actions are time and date stamped for accountability.
• This data is sent in real-time back to the office, giving supervisors a live view of what is
happening during the day.
High Alert Notifications
When the carer uses the phone to scan the RFID tag at the client’s home, the phone will
display any “High Alert Notifications” left by the carer during the previous visit.
The subsequent carer can see messages like “client declined breakfast” or “client not
feeling good today”, and adjust the care provided appropriately.
Individual Care Plans
With real time location monitoring, GeoPal gives greater visibility of carer locations outside
the office, ensuring you can be confident you know where carers are at all times.
With GeoPal mobile app, the carer can raise a panic alarm while at the client’s home, if they
come under duress, or if a client falls and requires urgent assistance, such as another carer
or an ambulance to be sent to the home.
