The Genesis-V is one of the most

versatile cutting machines available on the

market today. With high precision and fast cutting

speeds on a conveyorised platform to minimise

the machine footprint the Genesis-V is geared for

volume production. The knife, laser and routing

tools enable additional materials to be cut and

finished compared to alternative cutting machines.

Available in different cut sizes the Genesis-V

ABOUT GENESIS-V

The name Genesis-V came from the decision during its development to be the most versatile Cutting system available, based on its tooling options. As standard, most systems on the market support knife tooling and a 1KW air cooled router, with Genesis-V, apart from the knife tools, the decision was made to hold a more powerful 2.5KW water cooled router and also a laser for the ultimate combination of tools.

Genesis-VwasdevelopedforallindustriesandisavailablewithCADandNestingsoftware.However,withanopticalcameraformaterialswithprintedregistration,themachinewasgearedprimarilyfortheSignandGraphicsmarketwhereafastturnaroundisvitalandthetypicalbottleneckisinthecuttingroom.

Beingcustomisablethetoolingcanbepurchasedwiththemachineorcanbeaddedasandwhenrequired.Thisextendstoboththerouterandknifetooling,wherebythemachineisinstalledwithallthenecessarycomponentsforthesetoolstoberetrofittedonsite.Withthesefutureproofingtoolingoptions,Genesis-Visanintegralintheproductionprocessaswellaslongtermbusinessgrowthbyenablingdiversificationofmaterialsthatcanbecut.
