Impact of ImplementationImplementing an Employee Recognition Program (ERP) will not only reinforce positive behavior and our Core Values, it will help decrease turnover and positively impact our business’ financial strength.

When developed and administered appropriately, an ERP will improve communication between employees and management, as well as increase employee loyalty by giving employees more stake in our Company’s success.

Stop Work Authority/Stop and Seek

Employees are encouraged to execute their authority to Stop Work when there is an unsafe act or condition.

Employees are encouraged to Stop and Seek help when confusion or questions arise.

Stop and Seek Forms will be distributed to supervisors. At the weekly safety meeting, the best four will be shared with the masses in order to:

1. Re-enforce positive behavior (Gift Card)

2. Share potential hazards/best practices with fellow employees

3. Provide Individual recognition
