2013 is proving to be a decisive year for us on multiple fronts. We continue to win contracts and grow in Iraq, Uganda, Indonesia, UAE and DGS France. We opened new operations in two new countries Cyprus and Sudan. Our operations are facing political challenges in Libya and economic slow down in Australia. At the same time, we are facing tougher competition and operating environment in all locations. Our customers are demanding more, which pushes us to raise the bar of our service and at the same time, squeezes our margins. Yet, we continue to deliver. We have relocated our Head Offices to Dubai to be closer to the market, to our customers and be present in a vibrant well-connected hub offering our employees a better quality of life.

We never stopped proving we are capable of winning large contracts and competing against the largest established players. We have strongly entered the UN food rations procurement by winning UNAMID in Darfur Sudan (current largest UN food rations program) and UNFCYP for UN troops in Cyprus. The bigger challenge lies now in execution and continuity. We will feature more on these two operations and our stars behind them in next issue.

To overcome those challenges, we are hiring the best talents and are launching a major systems initiative, which will be featured more in depth by Binoe Verghese, our new Corporate CFO in an article in this issue. Systems will streamline processes, enabling us to provide better, faster, cheaper and error-free service to our operations and ultimately our customers. While we believe in our hearts that to err is human and to forgive is divine, we are operating in a market where to “err” is indeed human but to “pay” for it is divine! Therefore we have to always strive to be more proficient and efficient. The systems will cover all aspects from Administration, HR payroll, Finance accounts payable, inventory and procurement to help our teams spend more time on value generating business and have better visibility in order to make better decisions. The aim is to have the above initiatives fully functional at Corporate by year end 2013. We will then roll out to the countries as needed. We will also be investing in developing our people by initiating an extensive training program covering soft skills, managerial skills, ethics and guidance, specific functional knowledge and finally physical fitness. All pioneered by our new HR Corporate Director Eric Déru.

Sharing Our Success

by Binoe Verghese

We are in a world wherein we cannot operate effectively without the right systems. As a company, we are growing very rapidly and are at the cusp of what we can categorize as NeXT leap.

We can broadly align our business into three verticals:

• Engineering & Construction

• Life Support Services

• Procurement and UN

Some of the queries which come to us at this juncture are:

• How we can ensure our customers in different regions can expect the similar service levels?

• How can we integrate and leverage our companies across regions into collaborating and sharing information?

• How can we create more value to our stakeholders?

Our major stakeholders in our ecosystem expect that we maximize the value we bring to the table.

How do we achieve all this?

Our goal over the next 15 months is to use Information Technology extensively to achieve all of the above.

Our core platform for collaboration is to use Share point1 across countries; this would be fabric of our communication within the organization. Illustrated below is a pictorial representation of how we see the different stakeholders in the GCCS ecosystem. The immediate benefits of implementing this would be:

• Creating country specific sites and within which we can create department sites.

• Creating communities within our organizations around any context whereby we can share knowledge and collaborate on specific projects.

• Content Management will enable us to share documents between employees, store reports etc.; collaborate on documents.

• Search within the GCCS Knowledge base, which will continue to grow based on our ability and willingness to contribute.

Page 6

GCCS Information Systems continued from page 5

Our different systems should integrate to ensure that our information systems are seamless and we have the right information at the right time to make informed decisions. Moreover, our stakeholders should integrate into our systems to ensure that we minimize data entry.

The objective being, we move towards the ideal knowledge company which is sustainable over time.

Some of the systems we plan to implement or improve on are:

Human Resources

• HRMS System for Payroll and Employee Management

• E-Forms for document processing in the below areas:

• Employee Request Forms

• Leave Processing

• Travel Request Form

Procurement / WMS

• Maximo- We are currently using Maximo but we need to improve the deliverables to get more out of it.

Finance

• E-Forms:

• Processing of Mobile Bills

• Payment Approvals

The most important element in all this is “YOU”. This can only be successful if each one of us contributes towards driving productivity through effective knowledge management systems.

1 Microsoft SharePoint is a Web application platform. There are four of the six outcomes of SharePoint which we can immediately implement once we are on stream: (a) Creating team / department sites; (b) Creating Communities around any context; (c) Sharing/Managing /collaborating on Content; (d) Searching the Knowledge Database of GCC. After months of anticipation, GCC SERVICES’ Corporate Office officially moves to its new home in Mazaya Business Avenue, Plot AA1, situated on the 33rd Floor, occupying 5 units, namely 3304, 3305, 3306, 3307 & 3308. It is located in one of the prestigious business hubs in Dubai, Jumeirah Lakes Towers.

Different Departments worked together closely to make sure that the new office will accommodate our corporate employees to serve and support our business units across the globe even better.

Curious of what employees think about our new office, I took the liberty of walking across the hallway and ask the first 2 employees I would come across. First employee I encountered was Elineth Capio from the Procurement & Logistics team.

Roda: What do you think about the new office?

Elineth: The new office has generous office spaces, well thought office design and layout and very good facilities in terms of furniture, adequate number of office equipment throughout the office- photocopiers, printers, etc. Also the addition of a small meeting room is expedient for meeting with suppliers or departmental meetings.

Our department office layout also allows for flexibility in terms of conducting open team meetings and the frosted glass allows for some privacy. The added pantry allows for employees to have their breaks there while enjoying the beautiful view of the surrounding area. And also, I love the elegant and colorful wall decors all throughout the office; these made the office look more lively.

I thanked Elineth and took the opportunity to get a snapshot of her after that brief interview.

Now, who could be my last ambush interviewee? Aha, Said Azoury, our Legal Counsel! I went straight away and asked the question.

Roda: So what do you think about the new office? Said: Our new office has a good location; it brought us closer to most of our clients and it allows us to liaise with them better. It is accessible for employees and guests alike. The view from our office is just spectacular; the panoramic, beautiful view of the Jumeirah Islands and the high rise buildings that surround it. When it comes to the office layout and design, it is structured well, simple and professionally designed. Also have bigger office spaces, which are conducive to better employee productivity.

After that short chat, of course, I did not miss the opportunity to take a souvenir photo with Said.

Curious of how the new office looks like? Well, on your next stop to Dubai and you have time to spare to get to see the new office, let your Line Manager and us know. We will be more than willing to welcome you, guide you through the Corporate Office and meet your GCCS colleagues in the office.

See you!

IRAQBattle of the CurriesBy: W.D. Owen

The first curry competition of the year, which was held last May 9, 2013 in British Petroleum Rumaila Organization Operations (BP ROO) Phase 1, proved to be very popular, with many different nationalities wishing to compete. All the BP ROO & GCCS dining facilities were represented. Phase Zero, Phase Zero Alpha, Phase One, Sinbad & GCCS Commercial Kitchen.

The selection of curries covered a wide geographical area: from Indonesian, Chinese, Iraqi, Indian, South African & Sri Lankan. The foods were prepared in secret, no chef wanted the other to know what culinary delights they were going to offer to win this year’s 1st curry competition. As I visited each kitchen & talked to the chefs, I could feel the tension and excitement throughout.

All the curries were brought up to Phase One, the presentation of each dish was outstanding. The aromas of Asian & Arabic spices tantalized the taste buds. The judging panel were chosen from both GCCS & Business Support Management. As they went through the tasting, the competitors stood silently waiting for the outcome, a smile from Kartick after a good comment about texture followed by a frown from Bose when noticing one of the judges looking far too serious after tasting his dish.

Finally it was all over and the score cards were collected by myself, each judge commenting on the

quality of the food, the high standard of presentation and how difficult it was to score. But that was not the end, Phase One opened up for evening dinner and the Clients were offered the chance to taste the curries and fill in the score cards, many did with great enthusiasm, making the whole competition much more special.

The curries served that night were some of the best I’ve seen & tasted throughout my 14-year career in the Middle East. I am very proud of each person that took the time and effort to make these curries and carry out their normal duties at the same time.

All entrants, who were winners in my eyes, were presented with their prizes by Nik Guy, Project Manager, GCCS Iraq on a recent visit to ROO Headquarters.

The winners are: in 3rd place with a West Indian shrimp masala, bagging 1 Zain phone card is Baul Shaik, in 2nd place with an Indonesian chicken & shrimp Java, bagging 2 Zain phone cards is Margo Irianto and 1st place (drum rolls please..) concluding this year’s battle of the curries with a Kerala Chicken Chetinad Curry, bagging 3 Zain phone cards is Bose Gowthaman. Congratulations to all participants and the winners! Looking forward to next year’s competition.

You may not be there to taste Bose’s winning dish but you can try it at home. Check out our Health Me Up Recipe article. Bose graciously shared the recipe of his winning dish.

EGCL - Abu DhabiEGCL Now Serving In Higher Colleges of Technology By: Marina Ivanova, BD and Commercial Executive- EGCL

Emdad Gulf Catering Logistics has won a new catering contract with Higher Colleges of Technology for their Madinat Zayed and Ruwais Colleges, Abu Dhabi, UAE. This contract commenced on 1st September 2013.

The three-year deal has tasked us for giving a fresh impetus to the campus food services, with a focus on contemporary foods and customer service. The fresh momentum includes an introduction of healthy corner; offering a range of tasty and affordable food options and along with that, we will be featuring a live cooking station that will offer a variety of pasta meals and other main meals for the day.

This contract would provide an experience to EGCL in serving Universities such as Higher Colleges of Technology and will open opportunities to bid for other education institution contracts in the country. Education and University Catering constitutes a major chunk of catering business in the United Arab Emirates, thus opening another avenue where we can compete and gain grounds.

Samir Sammour, General Manager of EGCL, said, “We are delighted to have been given this opportunity to work with the Higher Colleges of Technology and we’ve developed an exciting food offer that will

encourage all who work and study at the colleges to stay on-campus and enjoy the catering facilities.”

GCCS Bites congratulates EGCL on this new contract and wishes the team all the best for the future!

FRANCEFaisons Connaissance Avec DGS Francewith Benoit Guillermit

Yes, you read the title right, don’t worry the rest of the article is in English :-) This French phrase means “Discovering DGS France” (so at least we learn a French phrase today). In this article, we take the opportunity to get to know and have an appreciation of how our operations in DGS France are going and how the future looks for them. Mr. Benoit Guillermit, General Manager of DGS France took time to share with GCCS Bites information and his insights about DGS France. Let’s get started!

GCCSB: What is DGS France involved with right now?

BG: DGS France currently leads three contracts: the first is located in Abu Dhabi where we, in coordination with AGILITY (Abu Dhabi), operate linked to the retrograde of the French equipment from Afghanistan. For various reasons, the French forces are repatriating the material by an air-lift from Kabul to the military base in Al Dhafra, UAE. We are responsible for taking into account all of the materials from the arrival of the jumbo jets till the dispatch to return to France, mainly by sea. The second contract is with a testing center in France (Base Principale of the Levant). The third one has to be started in Mali; it is related to waste management for French & European Forces involved in the Malian operation. To do this contract, DGS France is currently creating from scratch a waste management center in Mali. The construction is still ongoing, even if it has not been completed, French decision makers were so much impressed that they asked for a visit to report to their capitals.

GCCSB: Considering your operations in the last three years, how would you describe it?

BG: These past three years have established DGS France’ start and in gaining grounds in the market where we compete. These three years have been marked by success (French Naval Base at Abu Dhabi in coordination with EGCL (EMDAD Gulf Catering &

Logistics, LLC), Wardak in Afghanistan (in coordination with GCCS Afghanistan), Base Principale du Levant in France, transport contract for the French retrograde of military equipment from Afghanistan) but also by the disappointment (non-renewal of the contract for life-support on the French naval base located in Abu Dhabi). The real challenge is coming to reinforce DGS France by obtaining contracts with French industrial players.

GCCSB: How do think is the future going to look for DGS France and what makes you optimistic that this can be achieved?

BG: I envision the second stage of development of DGS France in terms of growing its market to reach out and gain contracts from French industrial players and private clients. I am convinced that one of the strengths of DGS France is to be able to meet the needs of large French groups keen on expanding abroad. It is well known that French customers have their own way of taking decisions, reporting and that their expectations are very different from what can be found in any Anglo-Saxon group. By its status and nature, DGS France has this knowledge of the “working with and for the French” and we have the chance to be able to rely on the global network of the Group to meet their expectations. In addition, the power of the Group in the Middle East, region to which France remains particularly attached, is an asset that it is suitable for DGS France to work with. Our employees are actively contributing in our company’s continual development and success of DGS France.

GCCSB: Thank you Mr. Benoit for taking time from your busy schedule to share with us about your operations.

Wow, in just a short period they have accomplished a lot. We know that with DGS France’ strengths, opportunities, especially with its people, their future goals would be soon realized. All the best to DGS France Team!

GCCS UGANDA & AGILITY PARTICIPATE IN LOCAL CONTENT CONFERENCE

GCCS Uganda along with Agility participated in a one day conference sponsored by the Association of Uganda Oil & Gas Service Providers last July 11, 2013, held in Serena Hotel, Kampala. It was well participated by oil and gas service providers and the conference covered various topics on local content. Ms. Anita Atwine was a panelist on one of the discussions. It was entitled, “Optimizing Local Content: How Oil Partners are Endeavoring Towards this Goal?”

She confidently discussed how GCCS Uganda meets and prioritizes the need of supporting and investing in the local content/ community. Anita highlighted significant facts that make GCCS Uganda a leader in local content compliance: 95% of all purchases are done locally, 95% of employees are Ugandan. In addition, she highlighted the multiple trainings and capacity building programs that GCCS Uganda has offered to its employees, which has dramatically improved the skills of our Ugandan employees.

Our participation in this conference, and presenting concrete facts that we support and value the local communities where we operate, is truly something we can be proud of!

RECOGNIZING EMPLOYEES

Program Launched

In a bid to motivate staff and promote our values, GCCS Uganda has introduced an Employee Recognition Program as of July 2013. Competition is heating up amongst employees to earn this prestige. Each month, the heads of departments cast their vote for the employee who they see as having best exhibited GCC SERVICES’ values on a monthly basis. The winning employee’s portrait is hung in the reception for all to see and is given a small token as a reward.

We believe that employees who live our values should be recognized and serve as inspiration for us.

Client Recognition

Our clients have also recognized the excellence of GCCS Uganda’s employees. We take great pride that on 11th August 2013, Mr. Samuel Senyonga, A/C Technician, was awarded a medal for Best Contractor Employee of the Month by our largest client - Tullow Oil Uganda. This award highlights the achievements of the whole team at GCCS Uganda and encourages us to take it further and aim higher. C o n g r a t u l a t i o n s , Samuel!

Getting To Know Head Pastry Chef AhmedBy: Ahmed Mustafa Al Nabulsi

I have been working with GCC SERVICES Iraq since January 2012, here at Rumaila Organization Opera-tion Headquarters (ROO HQ), South Rumaila, Basra. My previous experience has taken me around the world including The Blue Wave Hotel in Shah – Alam in Malaysia and gained 5 star experience within the Marriott Hotel in Amman, Jordan. The chance to work with GCC SERVICES Iraq was an opportunity that I relished, it was a chance to showcase my tal-ents to high end clients in a demanding work envi-ronment. It was a challenge that I willingly accepted.

My role here at ROO HQ has many elements to it, during the evening service we aim to deliver a fine dining pastry experience, utilizing chocolate show-pieces to accentuate the products on offer. We pay fine attention to the garnishing of each and every dish, using all the tools and ingredients at our dis-posal to enhance our clients’ dining experience. Our

department is also re-sponsible for a large and varied ‘Bread Basket’ section each and every evening.

The GCCS Pastry De-partment is responsible for all cakes and pas-tries that are sold at the two Coffee Shops within ROO HQ and we also provide larger, made to

order, decorated cakes for special occasions. Dur-ing the busy lunchtime periods, we cater for the in-creased number of Iraqi Local National office work-ers, trying to provide more authentic desserts, not only to Phase 1 but also to Sinbad Dining Facility.

Highlights of my 16 months working with GCCS Iraq have to include working with many different nationali-ties, teaching them the finer points of our trade and forging them into a very formidable and effective pas-try brigade. We have built a strong, cohesive unit, with

a great work ethos and even higher standards. I also particularly enjoy theme nights and special events, such as Christmas. These occasions allow myself and my team to really showcase our talents and express our creative diversity.

On a personal level, I get immense pleasure work-ing with chocolate and have recently attended and passed a Sugar Work Course in South Africa, to try and further enhance my own abilities. My chosen career is a labor of love for me, every single dish that leaves my pastry section has to be just right, because it not only represents me and my team but also GCCS Iraq as a whole.

Jazz Up Your Water!By: Roda March S. Collado

Whenever you look for that perfect drink to go with your lunch, snack or dinner, sometimes (or most of the time) plain water is last on your list. That is why all of those flavored drinks are out there, but what if I told you can jazz up your water and turn it into a more nutritious, more refreshing drink with just 3 simple steps? It can be done by preparing Infused Water. Before going straight to the steps on how to make it, I just wanted to share a bit of information of what is Infused Water & this is based on several blogs I have read about the subject. Try to Google it after reading this and you’ll be surprised how many are raving about it.

Infused Water is simply the product of putting combination of cut up choice fruits, certain vegetables, and herbs into water and letting it sit for few hours. What difference does it make to the water? It brings not only wonderful flavors to your water but it also brings the nutrients from the fruits, vegetables, herbs that are used. Not only that, you

can also stay away from tons of sugar and caffeine that other alternative drinks may contain. So, how to proceed?

First let me introduce you to the basic ingredients that you can use to infuse your water with. You may use orange, lemon, strawberry, pineapple, nectarines, raspberry, watermelon, melon/cantaloupe, lime, cucumber, mint, cilantro, basil, but don’t be limited by these. As far as combinations are concerned, here are tried and tested great tasting combinations:

• lemon + raspberry + mint • lemon + cucumber + mint• melon + cucumber + mint• orange + lemon + mint

You simply follow these 3 simple steps:1 - Cut up the fruits/ ingredients that you like 2 - Drop them into your water3 - Refrigerate and let it sit for an hour (I prefer leaving it overnight for more intense flavors)

And voila, you can drink up and enjoy. You may opt to add a spoonful of honey to make it a bit sweet if you prefer, you may also plunge in some ice when serving. It is advisable to consume infused water within 24 - 48 hours.

See, with these 3 simple steps, not only have you made your ordinary water taste better, you have for yourself a more nutritious drink. And on your next family gathering or when you have some friends or colleagues over, you may serve them up this colorful, refreshing, nutritious, jazzed up water.

Cheers!

BBQ Night SpecialBy: W.D. Owen

On Thursday, 16th May 2013, ROO HQ Camp Boss Paul Maddox and Catering Manager Wayne Owen, decided to turn the tables on the employees of GCCS Iraq, a BBQ for over two hundred employees was to be presented; the waiters would be waited on!

With determination and gusto, Paul reversed the tables. He was in charge, totally gripping, preparing and executing a flavorsome and sophisticated feast; tagging along a handful of superb and highly motivated volunteers; with Tank Basnet (Head Chef, Sinbad Dining Facility) in the controls, along with Bappa Ghosh, Baul Shaik, Ali Ghasit and Kartick sparking up the twenty kilos of charcoal.

Just before the sun decided to rest for another day, Maddox and his team cajoled the enthusiastic GCCS management chain, dishing out exacting orders. The Housekeeping Manager Diane and Deputy Carine rolled up their sleeves , displaying the utmost professionalism in setting up the tables and ensuring that these would be fit for Sheikhs to relax, enjoy and to take the weight off their feet after a tiring day.

Behind the scenes was the logistical team of Hiham Jabbar, Hussein Shayal Kutami, Karvesh and Mishra working like Trojans to orchestrate a magical event

that was to be enjoyed by a deserving workforce. Sonu maître de for GCCS Phase One Dining Facility, kept a watchful eye ensuring that nothing was missed, delaying proceedings slightly until cocktail sticks were delivered at the last minute before the feast commenced.

A full and sumptuous menu has been prepared, to be enjoyed by the entire workforce. A wide variety of grilled dishes were served from fragrant fish, spicy chicken, to meaty lamb koftas and an authentic curry. These mouth watering dishes, cooked over coals, were married with a traditionally juicy, middle eastern hot and peppery BBQ sauce and with fresh crisp salads to match, topped with heaps of fragrant rice and a mountain of kubus (traditional arabic unleavened bread).

The night did not end with the festive dinner but with the raucous sounds of laughter, high spirited play and fun had by each and every one who attended that night. The music burst into life, completely echoing and bouncing off the ‘T Walls’ in the GCCS Camp. With bona fide Arabic music beating on the desert ground, men and women stepped onto a make shift dance floor. The dancing was breathtaking. Individuals taking center stage, spinning, shoe tapping, back flipping and just expressing their individuality with their own dancing rhythm in the heat of the night. GCCS Project Manager Paul Dixon expressed that this is what life is all about, youngsters working hard for the company and in turn, their management working hard for them. The jewels of GCCS in the Arabian desert - Our EMPLOYEES; it was a pleasure to serve them.

Winning Isn’t Everything, It Is the Only Thing

WINNING AT WORK

Over the past year, GCCS Uganda has been applauded for the importance it places on Health Safety & Environment (HSE) down to the smallest detail. As a result, three positive SOCA (Safety Observation Cards) have been awarded to GCCS staff by our Client, Tullow Oil with respect to observing and complying with the HSE rules and regulations. Tokens of appreciation were handed to them. Thank you to Eddie Kirumba, Peter Musinguzi, Okumu Henry for living out GCCS Uganda’s commitment to HSE.

WINNING AT PLAY

When it comes to sports, we give it our all, this is the best way we can build a team and keep fit. As a team, we have achieved a number of trophies and medals from competitions held in some of the operational sites.

During the Eid Marathon Competition organized by Tullow Oil in Bulisa Camp held last 8th August 2013,

we proved we’re not just good at work. Urwinya Jardone, our field operation staff, emerged first and was applauded for winning.

At the same time, Peter Musinguzi, an Electrician, won the table tennis tournament held in Kisinja Camp also sponsored by Tullow Oil. Not only is he good at what he does, he excels in this sport as well.

Not only do we perform individually well, we work well as a team also even in sports. In fact, during the Football Tournament organized by Tullow Oil in Kisinja Camp last August 2013, our team emerged as champions. Winning 6-1 against other teams, team members savored the sweet victory.

These just prove that indeed, we don’t just work hard, we also know how to have serious fun!

GCC SERVICES Bags ASSE’s Gold AwardBy: Roda March Collado

GCC SERVICES will not stop at aiming higher! True enough we have been awarded by the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) the Gold Excellence Award for the Facility and Maintenance Category. From the opening ceremonies, ASSE organizers have expressed their enthusiasm in seeing more and more companies are turning their efforts in pushing the standards of HSE even higher. And this year more than 30 companies in the Gulf Region alone have participated and showed commitment in upholding their companies’ HSE standards to the highest level.

The theme of the award is “You Perform, We Recognize” and as it was explained, that the companies present there are not competing against each other, rather, each participant is competing with their own selves. It was further explained that the way the Excellence Awards work is participating companies must go through a rigorous process of presenting their HSE controls in place, evidence of such and proof of continual improvement plans. Documentation submitted will then be reviewed by a panel of HSE specialists in ASSE and determine if the company has achieved better performance against their previous year’s performance. Points system determines achievement and what award they would fall under- Bronze, Silver or Gold. It is designed to motivate participating companies to excel in their HSE performance year by year, setting higher benchmark each year to improve the company’s performance. Last year we were awarded with Silver Excellence Award and with this year’s Gold Excellence Award, indeed we are raising the bar of our standards higher!

Mr. Saji Varghese our QHSE Director expressed his gratitude to all employees and encouraged each one to continually do their part in maintaining the highest standards in Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment.

“GCCS has received the ASSE’s HSE Excellence the 2nd year in a row, last year it was Silver and this year it is GOLD …this journey is a story of continual improvement and this award is an acknowledgment of the company’s consistent ambitious and outstanding HSE & Food Safety achievements. I know deep down in my heart that our employees deserve it, as they go out every day and give 110% to do their job in the remotest part of the world- creating a Home Away from Home atmosphere. Their commitment to HSE and quality service is praise worthy. This award is indeed a salute to all our employees throughout our global footprint. What set us apart from the competition are OUR PEOPLE and their commitment to quality and safety. To provide quality service to our clients and a safe working environment for our employees, this is our competitive advantage. Our goal is Protecting People, Property & Environment and Continue to embrace Goal Zero (injuries/accidents) in everything we do. Let’s be proud of our achievement and continue to improve in our journey towards Goal Zero.” -Saji Varghese, QHSE Director, GCCS

We will not be complacent, we will not rest on our laurels, and we will continue to strive to reach Greater Heights in all aspects of our business.

GCCS Team in Petrofac Badra shares Petrofac’s Achievement in HSE

We received great news of our Client’s HSE achievement- they have recently celebrated 3 million man-hours without a Lost Time Incident (LTI) and our GCCS employees are part of it.

It further reads in their article in their website,

Andy Nickerson, HSSE Director, Petrofac Onshore Engineering & Construction, visited the site to thank the team. Andy said: “I was delighted to have the opportunity to thank the team for their contributions and to challenge them further to complete this project LTI free. Other Petrofac projects easily exceed these figures, but given the geographical challenges and cultures in Iraq this accomplishment is huge.

This is indeed a great achievement and we take great pleasure in knowing that we were part of this achievement. Congratulations to the whole team and we look forward to receive more news such as these.”
