Intention to Revoke TC Os
CUSTOMS ACT 1901
INTENTION TO REVOKE TARIFF CONCESSION ORDERS
It is intended to revoke the Tariff Concession Orders for the goods described in the following TABLE.
I, Paul Mercer, a delegate of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), declare my intention, subject to
s.269SD(1AB), to make orders revoking the TCOs in the table below with effect from 23 October 2013.
On 23 October 2013, I formed the belief in respect of the TCOs, that if the TCOs were not in force on that
day, and applications for the TCOs were made on that day, the CEO would not have made the TCOs. That is
because there is a local manufacturer producing substitutable goods in the ordinary course of business.
Interested parties are invited to provide, by close of business Wednesday 06 November 2013, written reasons
why these TCOs should not be revoked.
Contact: email [email protected], fax 02 6275 6376 or telephone 02 6275 6483.

COMMERCIAL TARIFF CONCESSION ORDERS (CTCOs) & TARIFF CONCESSION ORDERS (TCOs) NOT USED IN THE PREVIOUS 2 YEARS
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is satisfied that CTCOs and TCOs listed in the table below are no longer
required because, in the 2 years preceding the day of this notice, they have not been quoted in an import
declaration to secure a concessional rate of duty.
From Thursday, 21 November 2013, it is intended to take action to revoke these Orders under subsection
269SD(1A) of the Customs Act 1901. In accordance with subsection 269SG(2) of the Customs Act 1901, in-transit
provisions shall apply. If revoked, the expected date of effect is 21 November 2013.
Interested parties are invited to provide, by close of business, Wednesday, 20 November 2013, written reasons
why an Order should NOT be revoked.
Please advise if any of the Orders listed below have been quoted on an import declaration.
If a request is made to retain an Order used for the granting of a Determination, please specify the
Determination and the linked Item number to enable mapping to the Order and its scope.

the entire holdings in that category for the quota holder.
- The "AS WAS" and "AS IS" columns indicate the quota levels for that particular tariff quota only at
the time of that transaction.
- The amount of the transaction can be deduced by subtracting the "AS WAS" column from the "AS IS"
column.
