PROJECT DETAIL :-

A major project on “AUTOMATIC LIQUID FILLING AND PACKAGING MACHINE”.

This project was discussed about the design and implementation of automated Volumetric water filling and packaging machine using Programmable Logic Controller(PLC). This System is suitable for liquid product that required exact amount of liquid to be filled in the disposal glass such as drinking water (juice and lassi). This is a batch operation where a set amount of inputs to be process is received as a group, and an operation produces the finish product. Generally, the function of the machine is to fill the water automatically into glass through a conveyor. The objective of this project was to be applied in drinking water industries and to automated the water filling process which can save time and cost. This system canbe installed in hospital, malls, and any public places.To fulfill the requirement of thirst.SKILLS SUMMARY :-

Participated in the National Level Workshop on “AutomotivePower Train Engg.” Participated in the National Level Conference on “Active Trends in Engg. And Technology”. Completed six week training in Fittingshop, Machine shop, Foundry shop &lathe machine from Govt.

Polytechnic, Nagpur. Participated in the National Conference on “Wind Tunnel Testing” organized by National Aerospace

Laboratories. Participated in the “Hands on Workshop” organized by Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication

Engineering (IETE). Winner of 3rd prize in State Level Inter collegiate Poster Presentation organized by MANTHAN-2010 at

TGPCET.
