GAC Group’s skills handling multi-faceted logistics for a global sailing event were tested as the official logistics provider for the Ocean Race. We passed with flying colours - not once, but twice, as the only company in the Race’s history to be entrusted with that

vital role twice. For the most recent edition, our dedicated team worked with local colleagues around the world to support the seven competing yachts, their crews and the Race Village at 12 cities along the route.

GAC Sweden also played a pivotal role in the laying of the 1,230km pipeline from Russia to Germany, supporting nearly 300 port calls by 15+ vessels, handling more than 3,500 crew changes and moving 1,600 containers.
