Wt= 3.7 kg ( P ), Ht = 54 cm ( P)

y Skin : no petachiae or ecchymosis, no rash, normal

skin turgor

y Hair : normal black hair

y LN : no lymphadenopathy at both submandibles,

cervicals, supraclaviculars, and axillaries

y Head: normal size and shape, no cefalhematoma orCarput succidarum

y Eyes: no injected conjunctiva and anicteric sclera,

normal eye lidsy Face: no rash, no edema

y Ears: normal contour, no discharge

y Mouth & throat: normal lips, gum and tongue, no

patechaie, no injected pharyntonsil no enlargement

y Neck : no mass, Trachea in midline, no thyroidenlargement, no neck vein engorement

y CVS: No heaving, no thrills, normal s1 s2, murmur

y RS : No dyspnea, normal chest contour, no scar, norash, symmetry chest expansion, normalbreathing sound, no adventitious sound

yAbdomen :Normal contour, normoactive bowelsound, soft, no tenderness, Liver 2 cm BRCM

Spleen not palpable, no ascites

Neurology: good consciousness

CN : normalreflex : 2+ all extremitiesmotor grade V/V all extremitiessensory : intact

Genitalia: Scrotum hyperpigmentation,descended testes, Hypospadius, Short peniswithout prepuce
