CEO's NoteLet me start by sharing an overview of the Indian real estate sector and the opportunities it holds due to the emergence of nuclear families, rapid urbanisation and rising household income. The sector has attracted an investment of $6.2 billion in 2019, which is up 8.7% from 2018. By 2025, it will contribute 13% to our GDP and will reach US$ 1 trillion by 2030!

Real estate has evolved from brick and mortar to a service-driven product-offering which puts us in the right place and Adhiraj’s belief of providing the gold standard in customer focused real estate development. • Notebook distribution to students at Zilla Parishad school at Khutari, Rohinjan, Panvel District, Raigad.

• Construction of Community Hall and Lord Shiva Temple at Rohinjan village and renovated the temple complex for the villagers.

• A 3-day Nav Chetna Shivir yoga was conducted at the project site, Rohinjan for approximately 200 construction workers by the Art of Living Faculty Members.

Adhiraj gave Navi Mumbai a glimpse of the Capital Life and its multi-dimensional aspects by organising a classical music event on 21st Feb. This first-of-its-kind classical event of the region was attended by 2500 music lovers who experienced beautiful and timeless renditions by the Maestros.
