From Tim…

A LIVING HOPE FROM THE RESURRECTION – Sunday wasn’t our usual Easter holiday, but I hope we were strengthened from our time of worship before God’s throne. We studied Christ’s resurrection in Luke 24, reminding ourselves of the great hope that comes from Christ overcoming death itself. Because of Him, we have a living hope (1 Pet. 1:3) for our eternal salvation, for our future, and for our world.

Let’s live in the strength of that hope! KEEP PRAYING! What a great time to deepen our prayer life! Let’s be asking God’s guidance on our world situation, and let’s be praying for each other.

We have prayer list updates inside this weekly bulletin, and a more comprehensive prayer list each Friday that comes out in email, on the website, and we also put copies in the cart outside the building for you to pick up.

Times like these remind us that we aren’t in control of the world; let’s draw as close as possible to the God who is. OUTLINES FOR THE LIVESTREAM – I hope everyone is getting the order of worship and outlines for our Sunday livestreams. We send them out with Friday’s email, and we also post them on the website and send the link out on Facebook and Twitter. They are also available to pick up in the cart outside the Mother’s-Day-Out door. DO YOU KNOW OF ANYONE WHO NEEDS HELP? – Please let us know if you or someone you know needs help in any way. We are a Christian family and we are here for each other! We have our food pantry and clothes closet. We have people signed up and ready to pick up groceries or medicine. We can help in whatev-er ways are needed.

Be a light of encouragement this week! See you tonight at 7pm on the livestream, and again Sunday morning at 10am, ready to worship…
