Abusive email/spam – sender’s email service provider
Malicious/nuisance calls – your phone service provider
Reporting abuse to a service provider
1. decide who is the service provider
2. preserve evidence e.g. screen grab
3. contact the service provider’s customer support or abuse team
4. they will review complaint against their T&Cs
5. if breach has occurred content will be taken down and action may be taken against abuser
Orange broadband customer abused on 3rd party site e.g. youtube or myspace

– or find host using www.dnsstuff.com
3rd party abuse team can
– takedown content in breach of their T&Cs
– take appropriate action against abuser
