1 Where can I find more information on Graduation?

You may refer to the NYP Graduation website for the Ceremony Schedule. The website will be live from 1 April 2019.

2 When will I receive my graduation package with information for Graduation?

In line with our green efforts, NYP will no longer mail out graduation packages to graduands. All information on Graduation will be available on our Graduation website.

3 How do I register attendance for myself and my guests?

You can indicate your attendance from 1 to 21 April 2019 via the NYP Graduation website. This is for all graduands, including those in National Service.

Log in using your Admission No. as the login ID and Date of Birth as the password. Upon successful submission of your attendance, you will receive a confirmation email sent to your preferred email address, as indicated during registration. The confirmation email will contain e-invitation tickets for your guests to bring along on the actual day.

4 I have been enlisted into National Service (NS). Can I still attend the Graduation Ceremony?

NYP has written to the Central Manpower Base (CMPB), Ministry of Defence (MINDEF), to request for graduands to be given time-off to attend their Graduation Ceremony. But the decision to release NSFs from camp to attend the Graduation Ceremony lies with MINDEF subject to exigencies of service and each unit's training schedule.

Please note that graduation attire shall not be worn over any uniform.

5 Where can I obtain a confirmation letter to present to MINDEF?

You may use your confirmation email as proof of your attendance to the Graduation Ceremony. Hence, you are strongly advised to register your attendance by the stipulated deadline.

6 How many people can I bring to the ceremony?

You may bring up to two (2) guests to the ceremony. The e-tickets for your guests will be sent to your preferred email address upon your registration for the Graduation Ceremony. Your guest(s) may present either the printed or soft copy e-tickets at the registration counter on the day itself.

7 Can I request for extra invitation cards for guests?

During registration, you may indicate your request for one additional ticket. It is on a first-come-first-served basis and is subject to availability. After registration has closed, you will be notified via your preferred email address if your request for an additional ticket is successful.

8 I cannot log in to the e-registration website to indicate my attendance.

9 I accidentally deleted my confirmation email with e-tickets from my email inbox. What should I do?

10 I have already registered attendance for myself and my guests. However, I am unable to attend. What should I do?

11 I have missed the deadline to register my attendance at the Graduation Ceremony. Can I still attend the ceremony?

12 Who can I contact regarding special seating arrangements?

13 When will I know whether I have been awarded a Prize?

Award recipients will be informed by their respective Schools by mid-April.

14 How do I collect my diploma if I am unable to attend the graduation ceremony?

Graduates may collect their diploma from 21 May 2019 from i@Central during office hours:

Monday - Thursday 8.30 am – 5.30 pm

Friday 8.30 am – 5.00 pm If you are unable to collect your diploma in person, you may authorise, in writing, a proxy to collect it on your behalf. The proxy's NRIC number must be clearly stated in the authorisation letter and he/ she must bring along his/ her NRIC when collecting the diploma.

15 When and where can I order and collect the Graduation attire?

16 I have questions relating to my exam transcripts. Who can I contact?

17 Who can I contact if I have more enquiries on my Graduation ceremony?
