Description
Little Trumpeter is a residential bungalow, believed to have been build in the 1930's and later extended. The
dwelling includes two bedrooms, sitting and dining room, kitchen and two bathrooms. The bungalow occupies a
site which extends to approximately 0.9 acres including outbuildings for storage and animal housing, gardens,
parking area and two paddocks. In July 2016 Little Trumpeter site was subject to a survey to investigate the
possibility of historic mine workings which may affect the property. Evidence of historic mine workings were
