DANCE WORKSHOP Last Friday, ten Franklin girls went to Tumut Public School to participate in a
dance workshop run by Katrina Joss. Katrina is the Riverina dance coordinator
for ‘Schools Spectacular’. The girls were put through their paces and spent the
day choreographing and learning a dance to the song ‘Revolting Children’ from
the musical ‘Matilda’. Leith, Abby, Grace, Tavia, Jade, Tahlia, Chloe, Sophie,
Teri-Anne and Mackenzie were joined by Tumut Public and Tumut High school
students for the day. The girls thoroughly enjoyed themselves and were praised
for their excellent behaviour and enthusiastic attitude towards dancing.
Wow! What a busy year. I wish to
thank you all for your support during
the 2014 school year. I feel very
privileged to be the Principal of
Franklin. This is a wonderful school
that has talented and hardworking staff
that deliver quality teaching to all
students. I wish you all a very Merry
Christmas and a Happy New Year.
