Franchisee Requirements :

1. Minimum 400 sq.ft. area in the main commercial centre of thetown/city (own or rented), easily accessible by bus or local train.

2. Applicant must be in the age group of 22-40 years.

3. A well furnished front office and 3 fully furnished CounsellingCabins.

4. Minimum 4 Counsellores, 1 Centre Manager

5. Rs. 2 to 3 INR as Initial investment. USD 1000 (Equivalent toRs 47,000 will be Franchisee Fee). Rest amount is required ininvestment in Office Set Up, Infrastructure, Marketing, etc.

6. Commitment and good administrative skills.

7. Dedication - The franchisee must spend at least 75% ofhis/her time at the Franchisee Office.

8. Franchisee Office will have to develop the market ofProducts/Services offered by Indo-Global in their LocalRegion. Franchisee Office will also be responsible to makeNew Agents/Associates in their area.

DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, OBLIGATIONSOF FRANCHISER :

Franchiser has absolute discretion to accept or to reject the CasesForwarded by Franchisee.

After reviewing Cases Franchiser will issue the Invoice toFranchisee. Invoice will include Name of Client, Description ofService to be Offered, Schedule of Processing Charges, PaymentProcedure & Refund Policy, etc.

In the Case of Study Visa Where Franchiser is Offering FREE

SERVICES, Franchiser will provide the information about Share ofFranchisee from the Commission received from OverseasInstitute/University in Payment Schedule. Payment Schedule willinclude Name of Institute/University, Course Levels & IncentiveShare of Franchisee.

Franchiser will supply Franchisee with required quantities ofInstitutions Brochures,literatures and other promotional material,depending upon availability.

Franchiser will provide training and advice on new changes inVisas and new programs being offered to the Franchisee onregular basis.

Updates and Newsletters of various Universities/Institutions andVisa regulation Updates will be provided by Franchiser on regularbasis.

Franchiser will Fully Support the Franchisee in marketing Efforts

of Later.

Franchiser will not approach directly to the Clients of Franchisee.Franchiser will never disclose the Invoice to Clients of Franchisee.

In Case any Client of Franchisee approaches directly toFranchiser, and Franchisee has earlier Forwarded the Documents

to Franchiser of said Client, the Case will be treated as a Case ofFranchisee and Share of Franchisee will be given by Franchiser.

Franchiser can terminate this Agreement If they find Franchisee istarnishing image/reputation of Franchiser.

FRANCHISEE AGREES THAT DURING THE LEGALTERM OF THIS AGREEMENT IT WILL:

Perform all services pursuant to this Agreement inaccordance with the national and local laws

Franchisee will be available regularly to Students/Clientson regular basis to Provide Various Consultancy Servicesauthorized by Franchiser

Franchisee will do proper marketing to get the Cases asdirected by Franchiser on regular basis. Marketingincludes Seminars, Counseling Sessions, Advertisementon Internet, Print Media, Electronic Media or any Kind of

Other Marketing Channel.

Franchisee will not do any False Promise toStudents/Clients.

Franchisee will not mislead the Students/Clients.Franchisee will provide the information provided byFranchiser only regarding Various Consultancy Services.

Franchisee will do the Screening of Students/Clients priorto Forwarding the File to Franchiser. Franchiser willprovide guidelines to Screen the Profiles by time to time.

Franchisee Complies with applicable law of the Territoryand jurisdictions in which Franchiser is located, and theterms of this Agreement.

Franchisee will refer cases of Genuine Student/Clientsonly to Franchiser. Franchisee will not send anyFraud/Duplicate Documents of Students/Clients toFranchiser for Case Processing.

The Franchisee will help to guide the Students/Clientsfor Visa Process, File Preparation, Visa Interviewpreparation and Pre departure orientation as directed byFranchiser.
