SALMON ARM is a city in the Southern Interior of the Canadian Province of British Columbia, with apopulation of over 16,000.

The City Council of Salmon Arm is infested with EnviroLunatics, which include the following elected offi-cials Martin Bootsma ( Mayor ), Debbie Cannon , Chad Eliason , Alan Harrison , Ivan Idzan , and KenJamieson .

On March 1 st , 2010, this CouncilofEnviroLunatics IMPLEMENTED a NEEDLESS, SENSELESS, and MALI-CIOUS PROHIBITION of pest control products used in the Urban Landscape, despite the fact that theseproducts are HEALTHCANADAAPPROVED, FEDERALLYLEGAL, SCIENTIFICALLYSAFE, TOTALLY IRRE-PLACEABLE, and ABSOLUTELY INDISPENSIBLE.

There are three prominent ProhibitionTerroristOrganizations that operate in Salmon Arm REPUG-NANT Canadian Association of Physicians for the Environment, CONTEMPTIBLE and RADICAL CanadianCancer Society, and DISGRACEFUL, BIASED, and SUBVERSIVE LUNATICOPERATED Environmental Man-agement Advisory Committee of the City of Salmon Arm.

Across Canada, Government Officials are no longer readily jumping in favour of LUNATICTERRORISTPROHIBITION.

Municipal Government Officials recognize that, as the local legal authority, municipalities have a duty tomake decisions for the wellbeing of the community, but, with LUNATICTERRORISTPROHIBITION, theynonetheless fail in their basic responsibilities.

As of 2009, the municipalities of Ontario have been stripped of their prohibition powers.

Among these, CityCouncilofEnviroLunatics has given city staff the go ahead to use pest control products to treat infestations, and on municipal in-frastructure ( hardscapes that include sidewalks, roads and boulevards )when all other control methods have been exhausted.

This NEW and HYPROCRITICAL EXCEPTION is NO T surprising, in view of what wasreported in the local media in 2009 .

The S ALMON ARM DOWNTOWN IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION [ D.I.A. ] has written to CityCouncilofEnviro Lunatics, urging them to take aggressive action torid the trees lining ALEXANDER S TREET of APHID INFES-TATIONS that occur on an ANNUAL BASIS .

Well now ! The EnviroLunaticElectedOfficials forgot to consider the IMPORTANCE OF CONTROLLING APHIDS !

The J ULY 10 T H , 2009 , letter from P RESIDENT R OB MARSHALL , on behalf of theD.I.A. , refers to the SUGARY SECRETIONS OF APHIDS that are COATING SIDE WALKS AND PARKED VEHICLES along ALEXANDER S TREET .

The letter states the SECRETIONS will eventually ATTRACT AGGRESSIVE INSECTSPECIES such as HORNETS and WASPS .

The SECRETIONS will tend to make host trees BRITTLE , meaning BRANCHES WILLBREAK WHEN THE WIND BLOWS HARD .

City Officials studied MARSHALL s letter, as well as two other letters from down-town merchants, one which stated a shoppers shoe had stuck to the sub-stance on the sidewalk, resulting in a TWISTED ANKLE .

Here is food for thought !

Some poor hapless citizen SLIPS AND FALLS because of the SUGARY SECRETIONSOF APHIDS , or TRIPS on a WEED GROWING IN THE SI DEWALK CRACKS .

The neck is broken and the body is paralyzed for life !

Why ?

City Officials attempted to control the APHID INFESTATIONS with the BOGUSGreen Alternative involving the release of 5,500 ladybugs.
