free (pre-packed with grease) double taper roller unit encased in a
steel housing (2” diameter throw)
► Electric motor drive (1800 RPM)
► Main shaft is CNC-machined from 7” or 8” diameter 1045 steel

► Welded structure made from high-strength 6”x 6” or 8”x 8” steel
tubing and 44W steel plate
► Basket balanced laterally and longitudally
► Basket hangs at a 7° angle from four hanger assemblies using
“heavy equipment” rated univeral joints
► Standard 2”x 2” square screen holes – other round and square
screen sizes available
