1.0 Introduction On December 17, 2009, Mega Precious Metals Inc. (MEGA) acquired 100% ownership of the Skookum claims, from Larry Kenneth Herbert. The claims are contiguous with two other land packages of which MEGA has the option to acquire a 100% interest in, known as the East My-Ritt and Laverty claims. The properties are located in Red Lake, Ontario. The claims were acquired in an effort by MEGA to consolidate a land package in the North Madsen area of Red Lake, Ontario. MEGA has been performing work on the East My-Ritt and Laverty claims since May 2009, and plans to begin work on the Skookum claims this summer of 2010. MEGA will be targeting gold mineralization, typically shear hosted and within associated quartz veining, on the Skookum property. The work reported below will satisfy MEGA’s commitment to spend $400.00 and $1600.00 on claims numbered KRL 4222831 and KRL 4222832, respectively, by the due date of June 6th, 2010. The work performed on claim number KRL 406 of the East My-Ritt property will be transferred to the aforementioned claims, as these claims are contiguous. 2.0 Property Description and Location The Laverty, East My-Ritt, and Skookum properties are located within 2-4 kilometers west of the community of Red Lake, which is part of the amalgamated Municipality of Red Lake, ON. The Laverty and East My-Ritt properties consist entirely of patented claims. The properties are contiguous, make up a total of 294.2 hectares of land package, and are accessible by Municipal roads off of Highway 618. The Laverty and East My-Ritt properties were acquired in 2009 by Skybridge Development Corp, which later merged with Mega Silver, Inc. to form Mega Precious Metals Inc. The Laverty claims were purchased from 1156207 Ontario Inc. and Mosquito Consolidated Gold Mines Ltd. on March 11, 2009, with an option to acquire 100% interest, except for permitted encumbrances. The vendors also received a 2% NSR. The East My-Ritt claims were purchased from Premier Gold Mines Ltd. and Sabina Silver Corp. on May 22, 2009, with an option to acquire 100% interest save permitted encumbrances. The vendors also received a 0.5% NSR. The Skookum claims are a group of unpatented claims, contiguous with the East My-Ritt claim group. Claims KRL 4222831 & 4222832 were acquired by MEGA from Larry Kenneth Herbert in their entirety on December 17, 2009. Claims KRL 4212637, 4212630 were acquired from Daniel Paul Wesolowski in their entirety on June 11, 2009. Claim KRL 4241768 was acquired from Daniel Paul Wesolowski in its entirety on August 13, 2009. It should be noted that claim KRL 4212630 is contiguous through several claims of which the ownership is currently being disputed between MEGA and Goldcorp Inc.

A summary of land packages and claim details is within Table 1, and an Ontario Claims map showing contiguity of the claims is located in the Appendix of this report (figure 1). 3.0 Regional Geology The Skookum, Laverty and East My-Ritt properties are located within the Uchi Subprovince of the Archean aged Superior Province, which contains the northeast-trending Red Lake and Birch-Confederation Lake greenstone belts. The Red Lake greenstone belt contains several supracrustal assemblages and numerous granitoid intrusions, and is dominated by the mafic-ultramafic Balmer Assemblage. The Balmer assemblage and the Dome stock underlie the East My-Ritt property, while the Laverty and Skookum properties are underlain by the Dome stock. The Balmer assemblage (ca. 2990 Ma) is made up of tholeiitic basalt, basaltic komatiite and komatiite interlayered with subordinate chert-magnetite iron formation; minor clastic metasedimentary rocks; minor intermediate to felsic pyroclastic rocks; and rhyolite. The Dome stock (ca 2718 Ma) is predominantly granodiorite, with subordinate augite porphyritic diorite/gabbro. 3.1 Property Geology The large majority of MEGA’s property is underlain by the southern part of the Dome stock, which is characterized by equigranular, medium grained granodiorite exhibiting a local east-north-east trending fabric. Numerous small intermediate to mafic dykes occur on the property, most of which are parallel to the local foliation. There is a larger, roughly 8m wide auriferous diabase dyke in the NE of the Laverty claims, which has been thoroughly mapped and tested. Numerous alteration assemblages show up within the granodiorite, especially where shearing is more developed. These include but are not limited to weak to strong quartz/carbonate ± tourmaline, K-spar ± sericite, quartz/sausserite/chlorite, localized magnetite, and combinations thereof. The most southern part of the East My-Ritt claim group is partially underlain by rocks of the Balmer assemblage. Here the Balmer rocks consist of middle tholeiitic basalts as massive and pillowed flows, typically moderately chlorite and carbonate altered. Proximal to the contact between this volcanic unit and the Dome stock, strong shearing, weak to moderate silicification and magnetite alteration is also evident. Gold mineralization is typically in sheared zones within the granodiorite, and related to quartz ± carbonate ± tourmaline ± epidote hydrothermal alterations and veining. Within the Laverty diabase dyke, free gold is deposited by sulphide-rich fluids, seemingly contemporaneous with weakly silicifying and sausseritizing fluids.

4.0 Work Performed The work mentioned in this section will be limited to work performed on claim KRL 406, as it is only dollars spent on this claim that are being transferred towards satisfying the necessary expenditures for Skookum claims KRL 4222831 & 4222832 for this term. 4.1 Previous Work In 1971, Cochenour Willans Gold Mines Ltd. drilled a 223.1m AX sized diamond drill hole. The most significant assay returned from this core was from a pyrite rich, sheared zone yielding 33 g/t over 0.4m, sampled very near the bottom of the hole. In the same year, they also conducted VLF and Induced Polarization surveys, a soil geochemical survey, and performed some geological mapping on the claim. 4.2 2009 Geophysical Survey During the months of May and June, 2009, MEGA hired Ackewance Explorations Services to perform line-cutting on the property. A VLF, IP/Res, and Magnetic survey was completed by Insight Geophysics on this grid during the months of June and July of 2009. 4.3 2010 Drilling A total of 6 NQ sized diamond drill holes were drilled on claim KRL 406 from April 4, 2010 to May 20, 2010. A summary of drill holes on drilled on KRL 406 can be found in Table 2. 4.3.1 Pertinent Drill Information

surveyors, collars MM1019 & MM1020 were positioned by handheld GARMIN GPS

c) Drill Contractor: Layne Christensen d) Downhole surveys were taken approximately every 30 meters using a Reflex

borehole survey tool. 4.3.2 Core Logging Core logging was conducted indoors in Red Lake, Ontario at the Mega Precious Metals core facility. All holes were logged with reference to lithology, alteration, mineralization and structure. Images of all core were taken.

4.3.3 Core Storage Core is stored on-site at the Mega Precious Metals core shack temporarily, until assays are reviewed. Core ends up on pallets eventually to be stored at the Esker Logging storage facility in Red Lake. 4.3.4 Sampling Method Core samples were cut with a rock saw. Half splits were sent for assay/geochemical analysis. Sample size was 1.5m in length, or less. A total of 1,047 samples were collected for gold analysis using fire assay with atomic absorption finish. Samples assaying >3.0g/t were re-run by fire assay with a gravimetric finish, with values from the two different finishes being averaged. Samples assaying >10g/t were re-analyzed using a pulp metallic fire assay analysis, with a gravimetric finish. Values received from pulp metallic analyses, where applicable, were used as the final reported gold value. Assays from holes MM1014 (partial), MM1019 and MM1020 are still pending. 4.3.5 Sample Preparation, Analysis & Security Core sampling was carried out using an electrical powered diamond rock saw by personnel supervised by the author. All samples for assay were half core. All samples were bagged and labeled at Mega’s Red Lake facility and picked up for transport by Manitoulin Transport for delivery to Accurassay Laboratories in Thunder Bay, Ontario. 4.3.6 QA/QC Blanks and standards were inserted at a frequency of 1 in 20. Accurassay inserts its own internal standards and blanks as per company protocols. Lab duplicates were performed every tenth sample. Sample preparation and procedures are shown on the PDF certificates of assay, listed in the appendix. All drill logs are provided in the Appendix.
