COWBOY HEADQUARTERS—THE STAR FRISCO STATION

The Star, the new location of the Dallas Cowboys HQ, is a 91 acre mixed use development. The 91 acre development has construction underway on the Cowboys HQ and practice facility, but will also include an Omni branded hotel, 1.7 million square feet of office, residential buildings, retail and restaurants. The development is planned to be an interactive walkable community that interacts with the Cowboys’ facility.

Wade Park is being developed by Thomas Land & Development. The 175 acre development has announced a Whole Foods, iPic Theater and Pinstripes bowling entertainment, with more to come. The project is expected to total 6 million square feet of office space and 600,000 square feet of retail.

The Gate is funded by a Dubai-based Investment Group Overseas. The group plans to develop 41 acres with 2.3 million square feet of high rise condo residences, a boutique hotel, retail, and dining and Class A office space.

The Rudman Partnership, Hillwood Properties, and VanTrust Real Estate plan to develop the land surrounding “The Star”. The 242 acre development with include 4 million square feet of Class A office space, 2,440 apartments, retail, restaurants, entertainment venues, hotels and medical facilities.

MAJOR AREA EMPLOYERS Employers: The development site is located three

miles from the new Toyota North American

headquarters. Just a five minute trip down Legacy

Drive connects this development site to 10,000 new

jobs without ever having to get on the Tollway or any

other major highway. In addition to Toyota and their

announced 4,000 person headquarters, the new

Legacy West development surrounding JC Penney’s

corporate headquarters is also the new home to Fed

Ex’ corporate headquarters as well as the recently

announced Liberty Mutual Insurance facility. In total,

the Legacy West development is planned to include $2

Billion in construction including office, residential, retail,

and hospitality projects.

Toyota Toyota North America has started construction on their new HQ. The move will bring 5,000 jobs to DFW, not to mention the ancillary companies that will follow Toyota to DFW or at least open a satellite office here.

FedEx FedEx Office plans to move its corporate headquarters from Dallas to the new development in Plano known as Legacy West. The move will consolidate 1,200 employees to a single location. Liberty Mutual Boston-based Liberty Mutual Insurance plans to have 5,000 employees working on a new campus in Plano by the end of 2017.

Frisco Square is a multi-generational, master planned development which will encompass as much as 4.4 million square feet of office, retail, multi-family and municipal facilities in an area of 147 acres. Located at the intersection of the Dallas North Tollway and Main Street. Frisco Square is a pedestrian-friendly urban environment in one of the fastest growing cities in America, Frisco, Texas.

Frisco Square offers a variety of restaurants, specialty shops, and access to entertainment at Cinemark Next Gen-XD, with the latest movies and special events.
