1. The PLU Map has been prepared from the base map prepared by superimposition of cadastral maps and physical features depicted from satellite imagery.Hence mismatch may be possible. It is to declare the following:
Physical features (Structures, Roads, Water body- Rivers, Ponds etc.) have been extracted from satellite imagery and superimposed on cadastral maps.In case of discrepancy, the survey map by DSLR showing the physical feature and survey no, hissa no boundary would be considered final.
Water Streams, Rivers, Lakes, Roads are indicated on the map. The existing roads / water streams may show deviation from village maps.
The land use indicated on the map is proposed land use and does not confer any authorization. Existing authorized uses may be continued.
The Structures shown on the map does not confer authorization unless verified and ratified by Special Planning Authority.
2. The plot boundaries shown on the map should not be considered as ownership of land authentication.
3. Forest Land, Gaothan boundary on the map is tentative and it will be considered final as per revenue department records.
