Installation details

The installer needs to provide anappropriate timber frame (typically Ex 50 x 50mm treated softwood) tosupport the duct panels and vanityunits – please refer to technicaldrawings.

Components are supplied to standarddimensions as detailed on the previouspages.

Adjustments can be made to cubiclesby reducing doors and partitions andfitting into full-length door channels orwall channels as appropriate.

A guide for installers

Duct widths and heights can be variedby adjusting the width of the flashgaps.If it is necessary to cut duct panels,additional 3mm PVC re-edging strips are supplied.

The return end panel for vanity unitswill be supplied oversized to enable theinstaller to make on site adjustments.

Sanitaryware

Sanitaryware, brassware and associatedfittings are not included and should beobtained from an appropriate ArmitageShanks stockist.

Panel Selection

1 For each range of panels determinehow many you want of each type.

2 Check that they will fit into the spaceavailable on site.

• Always leave a vertical gap 25mmwide between a panel and a wall(see "Panel to blockwork corner"drawing).

• Leave a 25mm wide vertical gapbetween each panel (see "Panel topanel" drawing).

• For WC panels, leave 50mm forfixing a cubicle partition (see "Panelto cubicle partition" drawing).

• Plain Panel Packs P3 and P4 can becut down and re-edged on site tocater for ranges that do notaccommodate 800mm modules.

3 For each panel you will need:one flash gap pack.
