5. REMARK POINT

1 Upon arrival, only 3570pairs (357ctns, 89.9%) were finished and packed. The rest 400pairs were under production and checking.

2 a. For REX BEIGE, the laces was not brushed, the color was natural and different from submitted sample and

photo.

b. For REX BEIGE, the brush is lighter than reference sample and photo.

c. For REX BEIGE, the outsole finishing was different from reference sample.

d. For REX-BLACK, the upper material finishing, stitches color on outsole, thickness of stitches were different

from reference sample.

For RANDY-BEIGE, the shaft material was different from submitted sample. The production sample surface more rough.

b. For PIPER-BROWN, the brush of product was lighter than submitted sample. And the eyelet color was

different from the submitted sample.

For BLAKE-BLACK, the label on some shoe box was stuck not well.

7 For item PIPER, the zipper was slightly unsmooth.

8 No large barcode sticker on carton, however it was stated on “BILLIE LABELING REQUIREMENT”.

9 Carton dimension was over the maximum “57cm x 30cm x 35cm”.

NOTE

1 No balance for carton weight check.

2 Per client’s instruction , this inspection no need to check the size only focused on style and workmanship.

3 Per client’s instruction , the sample size would be 280 pairs and AQL would be 14 for major and 21 for minor.
