Foothills Education Charter High School

The Foothills Education Charter High School is North-Middle Georgia’s answer to the dropout problem. We offer a unique opportunity to any student who wishes to earn an accredited Georgia High School Diploma.

We have 4 locations across the North-Middle Georgia region, offering a full range of high school courses in a convenient, flexible, self-paced format. All classes are held in the evening so you can work during the day and attend school at night. Tuition is 100% FREE for students who enroll at Foothills full time.

All courses are mastery-based, which means you cannot fail a course. There are no deadlines, so you can take as much or as little time as you need to successfully complete your coursework.

Students enroll at Foothills for a variety of reasons. A student who dropped out of high school can en-roll with Foothills and pick up right where he/she left off. Some students may have gotten behind in school and need a way to catch up. Some have to work during the day to help support their families. A few of our students have children of their own and have to take care of them during the day.

Whatever your reason for enrolling, you will find a helpful, caring environment at Foothills where you can succeed. The teachers and staff are dedicated to helping you achieve success and realize your true potential by earning your high school diploma.

Students who wish to enroll at Foothills must meet the following requirements:

Ages 14-20 • Must have at least attempted 9th grade •

Bring a withdrawal form from your previous school. We will request your school records

for you.

Graduates of Foothills earn an official Georgia High School Diploma and must have completed all state requirements for graduation, including all mandated state tests.

Courses are aligned with state standards and are administered using course software as well as textbooks.
