Features Double helical herringbone gear with low leakage path to ensure no side

thrust, maintains constant high volumetric efficiency for long life. The modified rotor design having modified profile teeh for low moment of

inertia, lower frictional losses, smoother operation, higher tooth life and higher mechanical efficiency.

Floating gear design for uniform matching, equal load distribution and low running noise.

Gears are hardened/nitrided / carburized and profile lapped / ground / shaved

Shafts are case carburized hardened. and ground to withstand bending effectively for higher bearing life

Built in relief valve to relieve 100 % capacity 3 step simple operation for change of direction of rotation.

Size

Inlet and outlety size connections are from ¼” to 12” NB. Screwed ended connections are up to 2” size as per BSP, NPT etc Flanged connections are from ½” NB to 12” NB. Flanges as per BS,

ASA, DIS, IS or as per clients requirement.

Pressure Working pressure range from 3kg/cm2 to 30 kg/cm2 and

above. High pressure pumps can supply up to 210 bar.

Material of constructions Pump housing, covers, side plates & base : Closed grain

cast iron, steel casting, Stainless steel. Gears and shafts : En-8, En-24, En-36, stainless steel or as

per clients requirements. Bearings : Ball bearings, Needle roller, Gun metal, Bonze,

White metal, Teflon bush bearings. Seals : Neoprene oil seals, Mechanical seals, Gland

packing. Fastners/plugs/screws : Carbon steel, S.S., M.S.
