FLORENCE SMITH - Appraisal – 09/03/2016 Employment start date: 13/06/2016 Habitat (concession within Homebase) Truro branch I have employed Florence at the same time I started my job at Habitat and I feel we have learn to be “Habitat” together. I am very proud of how far she has gone and how much she has grown: she has been a real asset for the team. BEHAVIORAL Team player: Florence has often volunteered for overtime paid and not paid and she has never said no when asked to cover another member of sta. From September 2015 to November 2015 Truro was left with 2 members of staand me. We couldn’t have achieved all we had achieved without her covering so many hours and being so flexible. VERY GOOD Motivation: Florence is self-driven and self-motivated at all time and leads by example the rest of the team. OUTSTANDING Feedback: Florence has showed she is able to accept constructive criticism and give feedback to other members of the team. She sometimes takes it personal, but I believe is more out of passion about the job rather than not being able to accept feedback. GOOD Ownership and pride: I am confident leaving Florence on her own knowing she would be able to deal with any situation that could arise or to call the right people for help. She is proud of her job and she has showed this in more than one occasion in or out of work. OUTSTANDING OPERATIONAL Customer service: Florence has been recognised for her excellent customer service in numerous occasions. VERY GOOD
