Firearm Conditioning-Optimization Protocol

The Spartan Optimization Process If you use our products and don’t follow these instructions, you will still get good results. If you follow our one-time step-by-step “conditioning protocol” instructions and regularly use our products, you will gain the maximum benefits. * If using bottles with “dripper” tips, DO NOT squeeze the bottle to hard, only squeeze gently or the tip may pop out.*

Follow these simple steps:

1. Remove carbon fouling. To remove carbon fouling down to the pores on the metal in your firearm, use Spartan Carbon Destroyer™.

Liberally apply to all parts of the firearm system that have carbon build up. Let stand, but not dry, for several minutes. Agitate as necessary. Remove fouling using standard brushes, patches or cloths. Repeat as necessary.

2. Remove copper and/or lead fouling (if needed). If copper and/or lead

contaminants are present, to remove them use Spartan Copper/ Lead Destroyer™.

Liberally apply into the barrel and to all contaminated parts of

the firearm. Let stand for at 3-5 minutes. Agitate as necessary.

Remove fouling using standard brushes, patches or cloths.

Reapply as needed. (Note – lead is a softer metal than copper. If

the copper is removed, the lead will be gone too).

Do NOT look at cleaning and lubing your firearm as a chore that can be neglected, look at it as a prime component that you control and is

necessary to maximize your shooting performance.

3. Condition with Spartan Accuracy Oil™. To achieve maximum friction reduction, protect the metals from oxidation/corrosion and minimize the build-up of future contaminants, including and especially inside the barrel, you will apply Spartan Accuracy Oil™. Apply the product by running a lightly coated bore

patch, cotton swabs or a clean cloth on all metal parts

(slide, bolt, trigger system, bore, all internal parts...,

even exterior metal) You do not need much product,

just enough to coat everything thoroughly, but lightly.

Allow 3-5 minutes for the product to penetrate. Wipe

off any drips if needed. Since heat helps to “super-charge” and fully activate the

molecules in the formula, firing rounds through the barrel is the key for creating a

harder, smoother bore surface.

Spartan Accuracy Oil™ has a very low viscosity and looks to many shooters to be “too watery” to work as a lubricant. The product is actually a penetrating metal conditioner and is designed with precise viscosity to best move the molecules into the pores and gaps of the metal.

Shooters may notice that the Spartan Accuracy Oil™ seems to

have disappeared or evaporated. It has not done either. It has penetrated into the metal and attached the molecules into the pores and gaps, creating a harder smoother surface. Little carrier oils are left to carbonize during firing or to attract and hold sand or other unwanted particles.

Spartan Accuracy Grease™ can be applied on the slide rails and other internal parts where a shooter may prefer to use grease.

4. Load and fire 3-5 rounds. 5. Apply another coating of Spartan Accuracy Oil™ inside the bore. (Do not clean

the barrel between shot groups. We want to load the molecules in the Accuracy Oil into the metal at a microscopic level. This is not bore lapping and will not build up).

6. Fire off a second group of 3-5 rounds. 7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 (lube and shoot) three

additional times. This will give you a total of 5 shot groups.

You have now integrated and activated the

Spartan Accuracy Oil™ molecules into the metal components of your firearm where friction “formerly was a problem" at about a 90% level. Over time and with additional use of the products, you can expect to reach the 100% saturation level and optimization.

8. Continued maintenance: Once you have completed the “brake in/conditioning”

process of your firearm, stay on a regular cleaning and lubricating schedule with Carbon Destroyer™ and Accuracy Oil™ as needed.

The Spartans

In an operation where firearms are required only two things count---consistent accuracy and

functionality! My group has tested and used these formulas for over 18 months in the most

Let me start by saying that I am a retired 26 year Army Special Forces veteran, gunsmith and certified firearms instructor. This past summer (2014) I served as the gunsmith at the Philmont Scout Ranch in Cimarron, NM. Regarding Modern Spartan Systems products I spoke to Marcus about a month and a half ago about his product Modern Spartan System. He was making some pretty big claims as to what it can do, but I told him I was game, and that Combat Shooters would give it a try. So as promised he sent me bottles of the Spartan Accuracy Oil, Carbon Destroyer and directions on how to prep my gun. Before I go into the prep, did I mention I was more than skeptical when I first spoke to Marcus? As a matter of fact, I opened the box with my lead gunsmith, Andrew, and as I opened the box I relayed the claims made by Marcus, and the only response Andrew had was “snake oil”. “Nobody makes oil that makes your gun accurate, that’s not how accuracy works”. I told him we are going to find out. After we did some quality control and test firing of some newly built rifles we started the

prep work. The rifle we used was the CS-15 Patriot C2. The prep, it was super easy, I applied the Modern Spartan System as directed by the instructions. The CS-15 had 10 rounds through it prior to the prep. During the quality control phase it was shooting quarter inch groups at 25 yards (sorry no before pics, this review was sort of an afterthought). After the first five rounds I didn’t see much difference. It wasn’t until the third set of rounds I could tell a huge difference, I had pretty much cut my initial shot group in half. By the fourth set of five, I was shooting slightly larger than 1/8 inch groups at 100 yards using a Leopold Mark AR Mod 1. Once all shooting was complete, we broke the guns down and started the cleaning process. Again, we followed all directions for the Carbon Destroyer. We applied the Carbon Destroyer to all BCG parts first and let them set for approximately 2-3 min. We literally used a rag to wipe all the carbon away, no scrubbing required. By this point, I would have to say I am a believer, and yes, so is Andrew. Modern Spartan System is the real deal, and all rifles that leave Combat Shooters will be prepped and cleaned with the Carbon Destroyer and Accuracy Oil before they are shipped. Marcus - All I can say is WOW!

WOW, I am very pleased with the outcome of your products. After following the simple instructions I

have to tell you these products have to be sold in my stores. After this weekend I put just over 2500

rounds of .223 through my AR-15 and 2000 rounds through my 40. Cal XD. I used a chronograph and

the FPS did not change during firing. After warming up the barrels I went back to the bench position to

see if the firearms got more accurate. Well, I was shocked with the results. I made sure that there was

no human error and the shots DID get more accurate. During the cleaning process the Carbon Destroyer

did a phenomenal job with just one wipe.

I had three previous students with me at the time watching. Once they saw how good your products

were. They were asking how soon would I be selling the products. I told them everything is already in

the works and I would call them as soon as the first shipment comes in.

I see and now have proof that this is going to be a great adventure between the both of us. I would

While doing the filming yesterday I took up a new, unfired gun, a 300 H&H Magnum that had never been

treated. As a baseline I broke the barrel in as I used to do with the old products. I then shot a 5 shot

group through the Chronograph. Average velocity was 3126 Feet per Second. Extreme Spread was 49

FPS and the Standard Deviation was just over 18 with a group size of 1.192 center to center. Not bad for

a magnum!

I then went through the whole treatment procedure with the MSS Products as will be seen on the tape.

The difference was evident from the first shot over the chronograph. Average velocity increased to 3181

Feet per Second. Extreme Spread was only 13 FPS and the Standard Deviation dropped to 5 with a

group size being reduced to 0.697 center to center. The results are the same every time - higher velocity

and more consistency. Like Mitch said, this will change the industry!

To whom it may concern,

I received a small trial of your product at the zombies in the heartland 3-gun match this year. Due to the

fact I had a dead red dot sight on my rifle and was trying to make the win without a functional red-dot,

and because I had a new moss berg 930 spx that was not cycling properly, I did not try your product at

the match especially since I am a skeptic of new products by nature.

I recently read the enclosed cards and because it had a lot of technical jargon, that I have seen other fly

by night companies use to try to sound like they had a superior product, I decided to set out to prove it

to be baseless claims. I recently put your product to the test on my M-14, and both my sniper rifles while

down field training. My hopes were that with flying dust and debris, and a high amount of rounds fired,

that I could make your product fail and to prove it could not clean HEAVY carbon fouling. After 3,000

rounds fired combined from my M-14 and M-16, I then used the Carbon Destroyer. Expecting to have

major issues with cleaning, I was VERY surprised at how it removed the carbon from the bolt face,

chamber, and gas piston like it was never fired and with only one wipe. It took 2 other patches with NO

scrubbing, or hard work to fully clean the weapons. I then used the same on my sniper rifles and

silencer baffles with same results as before.

At this point I decided to use the Accuracy Oil. I expected the next day for it to attract a lot of dirt and

debris. I was very surprised at how perfectly it allowed the weapons to cycle smoothly and was quite

shocked that your product attracted LESS dirt and debris than the Otis dry lube c.l.p. that I typically use.

As a result after returning I decided to take my Moss berg 930 SPX. Out and see how it would perform

after using your product. I used the Carbon Destroyer to clean the piston, etc. then because the piston

did not move freely (which I suspect is from the watchdog camo pattern that is applied to it), I used your

Accuracy Oil. HOLY SHIT!!!, just 2 drops that I ran around the piston with my finger, and I replaced the

piston into the barrel only to have it FALL OUT while trying to re-install the barrel. I finally got my

weapon put back together, and took it to the range. it cycled so perfectly that it chewed through low

brass target rounds, low brass light loads, low brass number 7 7.5 and 8, high brass, military breach

rounds, and even cheap chi-com low brass shells. It did so with such reliability and accuracy that it was

like an ak-47 in how it spit the ammo out - like it was hungry. It made me wish I had used your product

at the shoot as it would have at least fixed my shotgun woes and would have put me in the running on

stages where I could use shotgun and pistol.

As a result of how much your product has impressed me; I just ordered one of your Starter Kits that also

comes with the Accuracy Grease (as I’m excited to see how my m-14 performs after lubing the bolt roller

with the grease). I will be recommending your product to everyone I know, and having anyone

experiencing weapons issues try your product before taking to the armorer or, if a personal weapon,

before taking to a gunsmith. You truly have a product that is exceptional quality and proved that it was

not just fancy words trying to make a quick buck, but was truly backed up by how well it performs.

The POWER of our chemistry for major RAILROADS

When rail lines need to be changed out they need to drill 1 1/4" holes through

1 1/2" of hardened steel to bolt them together. The average bit life is 3-4

holes and the cost is over $80/bit. The guys at CSX saw something they had

never seen before using our TVT cutting oil, they successfully drilled 10 test

holes with one bit AND the bit was still in great shape. But this is where it gets

good and proves that we change the surface structure of metal, making it

harder/smoother/tighter. Instead of following "conditioning protocol" on the

drill bit, they simply brushed the TVT on and started drilling. The short version

is that they "dry-drilled" 9 of the 10 holes, that means NO additional lubricant

was used (unheard of). Over the next few weeks at last count, they were at 35

holes and still going with the same bit. A second major railroad has seen the

same "super successful" results. This will save them tens of thousands of

$/year AND is only one of the many possible applications where we can create

efficiencies in the railroad industry.
