Entrepreneurship Development cell is established in V.V.P. assisted to make V.V.P. students aware
about the required skills and business expertise. Here they are assited with the required training and
technical help to their start-up and entrepreneurship.
We encourage the interaction between Industry-Institute and as a part of it, we have made MoU
with many industries. V.V.P. Engineering College has signed MoU with Government of Gujarat start-
up and Innovation policy, under which every year students get the assistance of Rs. 10 lac for their
innovative projects.
An Initiative for the Development of Teachers
The teachers of V.V.P. are encouraged with the financial assistance to present or publish their
research papers in the international journals. Moreover, they are sent to other technical institutes to
attend seminars, workshops and conferences to enhance their technical knowledge to give
maximum benefit to students.

The students are given the “book bank” facility. ISTE has awarded “THE BEST LIBRARY AWARD” to V.V.P. Library. The huge collection of books and literature on cultural nationalism and integral humanism is also available here.

Additional Economical help given to students of V.V.P.
Merit based scholarships are given to the students of V.V.P. of till now more than 8 crore rupees
have been rewarded to students in the form of scholarship.
Students of first year are provided subsidies of Rs. 7,500/- for purchasing laptop. Also more tan 4
crore rupees have been paid for by V.V.P. for subsidy in last 11 years.
Also more than 8 lacs rupees have been spent for thalassemia test, which is free of cost for first
year students.
Transportation facilities are available for the students for industrial visits.
Students of V.V.P. are awarded with cash prize for publishing research paper in reputed journals.
Also subsidies are provided for transportation of local students and students from surrounding
cities with 25% to 50% prize.
Facilities of tool bank have been provided in workshop for free, so that students do not need to
worry to purchase tools.
Minimum rate book bank facility is available in library.
