recently launched Dura Dock Fibreglass

Pontoon Constructions. Dura Dock is produced

from 100% composite materials offering high

strength, long life pontoons for new or

replacement projects. We specialise in

supplying low volume special size pontoons for

Marinas, Port Authorities and Docks etc., to

specific requirements and sizes. Dura Dock is

the most advanced pontoon system available

anywhere today. Pontoons are constructed from

heavy duty Pultruded Fibreglass Profiles

securely braced and fitted with fibreglass float

systems. The pontoon structure can be decked

with various thicknesses of Marina Deck Mesh

anti-slip decking, or alternatively with Ultra

Deck 295mm wide x 23mm thickness

Dura Dock is the most advanced pontoon system available anywhere today. It is anideal replacement for existing pontoons and floating jetties, and can also be specifiedfor new build projects, for leisure or commercial applications.

Dura Dock Pontoons can be fitted with Marina Deck Fibreglass Grating decking,providing exceptional slip resistance and long life. Also available is a new Ultra DeckComposite Wood Decking material, an alternative to Balau or other hardwoods. EachUltra Deck composite plank measures 295mm x 23mm, and is secured usingconcealed fixings, providing a professional appearance and offering barefoot walkingsafety.

Fibreglass pontoon floats are available in arange of standard sizes to suit mostcommon pontoon systems. Floats aresupplied with closed cell foam fitted insideand can also be fitted with additionalballast according to specifications. Nonstandard size floats can be manufacturedto order. Special sizes can be suppliedfitted with either foam and / or ballast andfoam.

All floats are supplied with a solidfibreglass lid securely bonded to the floattop edge flange to allow bolting to thefibreglass pontoon structure.
