• Dalam teks, sumber dikutip dengan menggunakan superscript Arabic numerals sesuai dengan penomoran dalam Rujukan. Nomor kutipan digunakan kembali ketika sumber yang sama dipakai untuk kedua kalinya


• Nomor halaman dapat dikutip dalam teks sesuai diskresi penulis, contoh:

Lubis5(pp3,5),9 melaporkan 8 kasus di mana pasien mengalami muntah.

• Dalam Rujukan, nama pengarang diikuti dengan inisial dicantumkan pertama, tanpa koma sebagai pemisah, dan tanpa titik setelah inisial
