To whom who may concern,My name is Nguyen Minh Thu and I am currently the VP of OGX team of AIESEC in NEU. I am writing this letter to show my great appreciation to Ms. Hang who is VP oGIP of LC FTU Hanoi and her team with their great support.During the time I, as VP OGX, prepared the process of selection rounds for recruitment; I received many support from LC Hanoi and LC FTU Hanoi in consulting for me the content for this recruitment. Especially, this time we conduct for the first time two rounds selection including Pre-interview and Student Review Board, so Ms. Hang helped me a lot because FTU has done this kind of selection many times before. We had personal meeting and she also shared her experience and the way her team did International Relation. The meeting was very helpful for me and my team to successfully recruit some good EPs this time.
As we are doing the same job which is delivering good experience for EPs, I really appreciate all other VPs support and the collaboration among LCs can create a strong network in which we help and learn from each other. I believe that in the future, we can do some bigger things to connect and together make greater impact on the youth in Vietnam.
