to California and stayed with Elizabeth Ann

and her m other Mildred Gunnerason. Felix

and Mildred grew up together in Idaho. The

weather was warm er in CA than MN.

Som e roads were widened, fences

torn down, and it cost $25,000 to

take down power lines for the

house to pass.

A very out-of-place house was m oved from

the north side of the Clark’s Fork River 38

m iles into Cody – we watched. It was part

of the sum m ers entertainm ent.

Mildred Grunnerson.

Felix’s window overlooked the circle

drive and all the com ings and goings.

Moving day: Melanie, Colleen, Felix,

Phyllis, Ray, Ebony (the dog) and Swede.

Felix decided to take an apartment at Fairwinds in Idaho Falls where Mildred also had an apartment. So he spent his winter quite cozy with all the comforts of home. Maid service, dinning room, entertainment, transportation etc. etc. etc. Ya, just like home!
