The X-MET8000 offers the best of both worlds with robust fundamental

parameters (FP) methods, and empirical calibrations (traceable to certified reference

materials) for superior precision and accuracy. The X-MET’s auto-detect “Mode”

identifies the sample type and automatically selects the correct calibration.
