The ROYALprop tripod is a hinged three-legged brace that fits many types of props and is used to hold the prop in the vertical position while bearers, joists, plywood and/or a modular slab system is fitted and braced above. It may be removed once the prop is tied off and braced.

ROYALprop pins are high tensile, solid galvanised steel rods with a 16mm diameter. A ROYALprop pin is placed through telescopic inner prop holes to sit on top of the prop nut and carry the weight of the load above. Replacement prop pins, rings and chains are all available. SCAFFOLD COUPLERS

Scaffold couplers are fitted to scaffold tube to secure a prop. They brace inner to inner props, or inner to outer props, with either fixed or swivel fittings depending on the structural application which the scaffold tube and fittings require.

Standard Double (90 degree) Couplers (2”x2”) are used for coupling inner prop tube to standard scaffold tube for horizontal bracing.

Standard Swivel Couplers (2”x2”) are used for coupling inner prop tube (48.3mm O.D.) to standard scaffold tube for inclined bracing.

Double Reduction (90 degree) Couplers (3”x2” Fixed) are used for coupling outer prop (60.3mm O.D) to standard scaffolding tube (48.3mm O.D) for horizontal bracing.

ROYAL WALL BRACING PROP

The ROYALbracing prop is a lightweight, diagonal wall brace made of long-lasting galvanised steel. They provide quick and easy formwork solutions for bracing walls and columns and for installing lightweight, pre-fabricated sandwich plasterboard and plastic walling systems panels, such as AFS, Dincel, Rediwall, Ritek or similar. The diagonal brace maintains alignment of the forms, the vertical element plumb and braces for the pressure of wet concrete.

The ROYALbracing prop has a top turnbuckle for quick adjustment and has top and bottom plates with nail/screw fixing holes for quick assembly and dismantling.

CONDOR ALUMINIUM PROP

High capacity aluminium props, with a height of up to 6m and load-bearing capacity of up to 90kN, are lightweight and easy to use. They have a special profile section on the outer onto which the bracing trestle fits to secure and brace. The inner has a continuous specific thread which allows continual cleaning, preventing blockages of cement deposits.

ROYAL FRAME 50

ROYALframe50 is a lightweight, improved alternate formwork shoring frame. It has galvanised tube legs, each with a 51mm outside diameter and a safe work load (SWL) of 40kN. The ROYALframe50 series is manufactured and certified to Australian Standards using seamless steel tube for increased tensile strength, pressure ratings and durability. When steel tube is rolled and welded, the weakest point in the tube is the welded seam. A seamless steel tube eliminates this weakness, so that tensile strength is uniform around the circumference.

These frames are strong, light and easy to handle, making them quick to assemble and dismantle. The 1500mm – 2400mm high frames have three (3) horizontal bars, rather than the conventional two (2), making it safer and easier to achieve safe working platforms.

The frames are 1200mm wide, facilitating ease of transport. Frames may be stacked in bundles and laid flat side by side to fit within the 2400mm wide truck tray. The ROYALframe50 has an additional drop latch pin to assist with on-site frame spacing flexibility and is compatible with other manufacturers’ pin locations.

ROYAL FRAME 50 SLIM

This special 900mm, slim width shoring frame has the same features and benefits as the standard 1200mm wide ROYALframe50. These unique frames are strong yet lighter to handle, making them faster and easier to work with, and further reducing labour costs in assembling and dismantling. These frames may be used as a standard shoring frame system with the additional advantage of being narrower, giving the flexibility for assembly around restricted areas such as between narrow rooms, or pre-cast or prefabricated plasterboard or plastic wall bracing, or within corridors and stair case landings. They are easy to handle and manoeuvre through and around corridors, stair cases, and pre-cast/prefabricated wall bracing.

This 900mm wide frame is the perfect solution for quickly and easily creating a bracing bay on the modular slab panel system (i.e. the 1800mm x 900mm wide aluminium ROYALdek system). These slim frames use the same components as the ROYALframe50 (including jacks, crowns and braces).
